Excellent Explanation Sir . Thank you. And i have doubt about the role of T.Caripill 500mg tds x5days during late febrile phase sir???. Bcz it can increase platelet count during thrombocytopenia in DF. This pill is made from papaya seed / leaf extract only . Many pediatricians prescribing this medicine too and responded well. But why not used it widely sir?

Does giloy increase platelet count? I had observed that it increased platelet count in my sister and father, 3 years ago. Does it actually increase platelet count or it was natural course of dengue that counts improved. Thank you 🙏
