Hello, guys! Today I bring the denver. Better known in Brazil as chuck and, in the south of the country, border with Uruguay, called “agulha”. As I always say, there’s no not tender meat in good animals. This video is another example of what can be done with this well-known cut for stews and pot roasts. I show that, with a good prep, it’s very delicious, since it’s a very versatile cut. You can watch it from the deboning, theplacing on the grill, to tasting it with soaked bread in the meat juice on the cutting board. I’m hungry just thinking about it! It'sso good, guys!
