I loved how Lorenzo takes his time to go through the checklists. Him verbalizing everything instead of just saying check to random things is nice to see. Always an honor to ride along with you and thanks for bringing us along with you.

Ok Lorenzo, has become my favorite Co pilot Kris.. "Following Kim of course"..But my favorite in your flying of leer...Hope to see more of him..I think it's great you have such diverse training in flying the Barron among other aircraft...I think your knowledge and experience would be helpful to any new pilot or pilot enthusiast....I sure enjoy watching your videos..Take Care Kris...Thanks Lorenzo..

Great content as always. One suggestion, would be cool if you called out some of the stats. FPM in climb, TAS in climb. Cruise TAS and GS. Us single turbine drivers would get a kick out of hearing how fast you all go in the Lear. Thx

I was in Aspen several years ago and you just can't get over those mountains no matter how many times you see them they still give you a feeling of splendor.

@@20truck well you can do a painfully slow circling climb over the field to above ridge height, 200ft/m if you're climbing out of ASE for example on a hot day. But anyway....original response was meant to be punny.

As ever, an interesting and informative flight and video. I love the views of the landscape. There was just enough snow cover to reveal the topographical and geological details as well as all the trails around the mountains. With little other reference, the view from the windows could have been of another planet. Great work!

Curious to see CRT displays. But it's actually less than 20 years ago that LCD monitor sales overtook CRTs. for industrial displays it has been an option further back.

the mountain looking at the airport is called buttermilk and they host the winter x-games so those jumps you saw are pretty huge and not for the average skiier lol

Final and V2 is ~140?! That's moving right along! I haven't been around many Lear's, those big strakes and smooth (laminar) wings look really cool! The engines also look huge on there!! I see why they have that reputation. LOL Very cool!! 8) --gary

Lorenzo was a fantastic guest star, that plane is friggin incredible, beautiful exterior shots of the landing and taxi, gorgeous Rocky Mountains, a smidge of weather, working the checklists, just great stuff. Kudos. PS I think you should take the Baron over to Italy, would be epic! PSS did you have one engine pulled back a bit more than the other on descent? 🤓👍🏽🛩

That’s the electric trim. It’s an audible alert so you know it’s adjusting.

Lorenzo welcome to America. I hope we don’t disappoint you. You know there’s a lot of younger people Americans, who think this is a horrible country. I know we always can be better and we have many areas we need to improve in, but I do not think this is a horrible country. I think it’s all of us as individuals keep trying and we do the right thing and there’s a whole country better. Fortunately, the Democrats don’t believe that same thing.
