If it itches and feels like a scab its eczema especially itchy when hair is oily due to bacteria. you should get a lot of dandruff. otherwise could be a bloodclot. eczema scabs can be scratched and picked at and bleed but a bloodclot wont bleed out, its a bump where the blood of course accumulates and clogs up and swells like a bump on the scalp.

I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and essential oils saved my hair and scalp and face. I used to get painful bumps that itched and would blister. People get clove oil and tea tree oil. Put it in your shampoo and get a leave in conditioner and put some of both in that as well. Buy olive oil hair spray and add two beakers of both to that as well. Keep wall stored in a dark place and use with your normal routine. I have braids and I use the oil every other day. Every two to three weeks I'll condition three times throughout a 24 hour period. Then wet my hair with the braids in apply my shampoo which has both oils let it sit then wash. Take out my hair and I use a scalp massager made of silicone to get up any build up and simulate my scalp and wash it again. Condition and style and oil. Use this in your body wash for those with facial or other areas that break out. Works great for people with eczema as well.

@@mostafasherif9209 That's a great carrier oil to add essential oils to then use on your scalp. Rosemary oil helps with hair growth while like tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil & peppermint oil are good additions to try adding. Start very small with any essential oils and do a test maybe on your arm first before you try on sensitive skin of the scalp.

@@mostafasherif9209 Olive oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, hemp oil are just a bunch of great oils to use for various reasons and all are great carrier oils that can be used for multiple reasons.

@@mostafasherif9209 Thank you, started losing all my beautiful hair in 2020 that I worked so hard to grow and maintain to seborrheic dermatitis along with depression from losing my Mom, stress being bed bound all over again increasing my dht levels and I stopped buying and making my products for my hair. I'm rocking a baldy but picked up on my usage of making my items to promote hair growth. Haitian black castor oil mixed with coconut oil, rosemary oil, peppermint oil and tea tree oil. I'll be documenting the improvement in growth of hair but also eventually have videos on it for people to make their own. Likely July I'll be uploading things. Well wishes on your better health and stay safe out here.

I know it has been 6 months but I use personally things that have no steroids. Tea tree oil shampoo so I dont do straight teat tree oil, it must be diluted well. Coconut oil with a fine tooth come once a week works best for me. It isnt so harsh and getting the dryness out and promotes new hair growth. Good luck, my friend, I got mine under control without a script for shampoo or steroids. Took me a few things to try before I found the right one for me.

I've no diagnosis so I don't know what this itchy, crawly, sticky, painful cursed shit is on my scalp but let me tell you I've been suffering for over 7 years & used many products from GP, derma & store bought, all to no success. Please help me. This is adding to the torture in my already problematic life. My diet and hygiene routine is impeccable and always has been. I've tried mnay medications to no success. I don't dye my hair or use any harsh chemical beauty treatments.Every single night, afternoon & morning uncontrollably scratching & picking at this @least 10 hours daily and it's not bearable & it leaves me in tears, irritation and anger to say the least. Believe it or not I have better things to do than messing around in the bathroom all day but because of the lack of help from the NHS I'm forced to suffer even at my age. I have missed many classes and work based appointments because of how bad this is. Often I gave to wash multiple times a day to try and soothe the skin and scalp but it never works. I know there are people worse off in the grand scheme, but this illness is making an already challenging life mrie so. At my age, I should be out there living my best life, working, travelling, enjoying etc not stuck indoors suffering undiagnosed diseases and wasting away. I put in p rad and spiritual efforts but to no success. I am desperate for a lasting cure. Time is ticking. Please help me.

Have you tried cortisone lotion they you can apply to your scalp? In aus ita prescription and called diprosone lotion however it can really sting on open wounds but it is effective in treating the symptoms (not necessarily the cause). Ask your dr

Dr. Darvish, people who hate oil on their skins, and on their pillows, and sheets hates lotioning down.... hair, skins... can you create lotion, lubricants that they can spray on that's water like...? that would reduce..... some of the ????? dishonesty in the questioning sessions in the doctors office.... (????) why Dr.'s aren't getting their answers that may cause research to question reliability and experience and methodology.... have a great day .... 61/2 minutes in office visit not long enough
