I read somewhere the hasbro classified people were asked what up with the gummy accessories and they said they were aware of the problem they are working with a new plastic resin and we’re taking steps to fix it going forward….kind of a vague response to the question but 🤷🏻

I get cutting costs, but sometimes Hasbro goes too far to the extreme. I mean, Hasbro was able to afford better plastics, better paint apps, better joints, better plastics on weapons in WAVE 1...but now....unholy hell, the joints are gummy, weapons are gummy and there are QC issues. Ugh. Yet...I still buy'em

@@falcon048and seems like there not taking any steps to fix anything…I heard chuckles headphones and glasses won’t even go on his head and there ridiculously warped …..if anything there getting worse…..I can’t say tho I passed on chuckles personally

I was just at game stop and they had desert storm snake eyes so I grabbed him on a whim and boy that sword is fucked 😂 there just trying to see how far they can stretch it and get away with it…..figures dope tho IMO

@@KylePeterson1980I guess I shouldn’t of said “I heard” the 3 reviews I watched for chuckles the sunglasses and headphones were warped to shit ….actually your review if I remember right didn’t have issues and I didn’t pass on chuckles for that reason he’s just not a big player in my gi joe world (I could have got him) and actually now I wish I did because he looks pretty rad…….and to be honest any of this warped stuff is a 4 minute fix if you know how ….I’m not being a negative person

At first I thought I would pass on it, but I still pre-ordered it....because...glutton for punishment. It's an interesting mesh of Commando Snake Eyes Retro version and "Ninja" snake eyes. WE had a "winter" Snake eyes that uses the ninja head and commando boots. Now this one is "desert" Snake Eyes with a commando head and ninja boots. *shrug*. I am half-way surprised he didn't come with Desert Timber Wolf. ;) He really needed something else other than that extra sword, that makes little to no sense.

Easy Pass for me. Commando Snake Eyes has always been my go to S.E., ever since the original straight arm V1. Thankful I'm not a completest.

I totally agree with you. I think the colors should’ve matched if you’re making a team. Because it makes sense everyone’s camo should be the same color so that the unified in being camouflage.

Am old skool UK. My fave Snake Eyes was Action Force before the Action Force packaging was GI Joe stylee before it became GI Joe. Coolest version since. Must have. Nice one

The gummy sword.....the no match to Dusty....makes this one hard for me. He looks cool, but it was like someone at Hasbro had diabolical plans to make it was a pass 💔

Great video as always. But this Snake-Eyes is a pass for me, it's just another repaint. It's like the 4th one, and the Desert Commando is the Ninja Snake-Eye body😢

It is a cool version of SE, but just being a repaint of the Ninja SE with the straight sword from the Red Ninja and the pistol, silencer and holster for it from the Commando SE that comes with Timber is not enough to draw me in. Maybe if I see him on clearance further down the road, but for now, he’s an easy pass.

I like both ninja and commando snake eyes but I’m not sure if I’m gonna be getting this one. The side piece and the sword both look really cheap. But the figure itself looks good.

This was a definite pass for me. I get the idea that Snake Eyes would change into proper colors for desert missions. But this does nothing for me from an action figure standpoint.

I think we’ve gotten 4 snake eyes (plus the movie one) First release The 2 with timber Than this one. I don’t count the movie one just because it feels like a different line

Hey Kyle, I agree, desert 🏜 Commando snake 🐍 eyes! Would have been better matching dusty for a more matched camo pair! But for me I would say maybe there can be different desert 🏜 camo looks on the team instead of every soldier looking the same, like on tiger 🐯 force, a comparison between the new tiger force flint coming out Oct 1st 2023 and tiger force outback there's 2 different camo looks there so that's 2 different soldiers with 2 different camo looks! But still looking good together on the team with the tiger force ram cycles!!! And back to snake eyes 👀 that katana sword of his "IS' Definitely some gummy weapon cheese 🧀 hasbro "Definitely" needs to do something about that!!!!!!! Odd Creepy Todd...

Hasbro is cutting cost by providing subpar plastic quality in weapons and sticking to single color scheme on the backpacks. Not long before collectors will buy classified figures and pair them up with Action force weapons pack.
