"Stop chasing women" BUT it shouldn't stop there. A partner does not magically appear because you stopped chasing. It should say "Stop chasing women, but keep your mind open in case the right one comes by." For many, having a partner in life IS the north star. So actively ignoring ALL women will not get you to your goal. You just need to focus on good ethics and morals.

As a 35 year old man I can tell you that this is totally right. I struggled with all of this since I was 16 and it stole a ton of my time. Feeling purposeful (I found that in Jesus, work, and relationships) has been the biggest indicator of how I will be doing in this area. So don’t be discouraged if it takes you time. Oh man, I know that rollercoaster of thinking I was doing great one day and hating myself the next. The best thing you can do is give yourself compassion cause it won’t be an overnight change but you can get there. I’m now doing so much of what I love - video work and writing my first feature film.
