To resolve a 21:10 service error on your Designjet 500 or Designjet 800 printer, your service station is dirty with ink and needs to be disassembled and cleaned. The service station in this video is typical of used ones. Simply disassemble and clean with lukewarm water in a sink to clean out the ink residue.

I am having trouble removing the bottom of the service station. In you video it just magically happens. I have found 2 tabs on the side but don't want to force it

My service station has a black connecting cable which I cannot disconnect and therefore I cannot remove it completely. However, I tried to clean it, reassembled it, restarted it and error 21.11 appeared

Hello. Thanks for your video. We have the same issue. We removed & cleaned out the service station, but when we re-installed it, we are still getting the same Error Code

Hello. Sorry for my english .. I have a Dj500p. I had cleaning my service station and reassemple it perfectly (it's very easy) but, after put in the plotter, it is stuck and Hp message appears in the screen. I try many times but nothing happens. I had change service station to new one and the same problem happen. There are ghosts in my plotter?? Thanks, if you answer me!
