Thanks for these videos I just got one of these printers for free from a print shop and I just can't find crap on this thing I am having a 08:11 error code won't boot i seen a video of this service station looked at mine and said damnit im missing that hole piece i paid nothing for the machine so I guess I'm still winning but just the cost for ink and this service station and print heads im already ready to just through the thing out the door.

Like Rico, I have carrier that is stuck. Z5200. Carrier doesn't move at all during printer boot. Is there another way than the plastic screw to unlock the carrier?

I have a T610....is there another way to disengage the carrier? there doesn't appear to be a screw inside the access hole...

Sometimes there is some silicone caulk on top of the screw, if you clean it out you can access it. Also, you may have to turn the screw a bunch of times to get it to uncap, the video shows a single turn - looks like he had already cranked it over a few times.
