right now they are offering 2 batteries, what else is out there for the price to compete with this

i flipped it to the left and now it's an index finger throttle. way less finger fatigue than the thumb since with ergo grips your hand is mostly on top. works surprisingly well this way.

Wow, you putting 3000w to rear? Is it going to clear the ground is more like it. I would Start in the back, with a free-wheel that goes down to 11 tooth, then go from there.

Welllll it has that already , and still get goast pedaling so 58T should take care of that ,so I'm told.

@@edwardmero9429 58 is big, but if you have to a 58t you can always finagle with the alignment using washers (pushing the chain ring out words to clear the frame), and maybe even move the freewheel out a little bit to, if there's a will there's a way. The only thing is you may loose first gear. I would order something you can return, but should be doable.

Nope step over doesn’t have those issues

The only thing missing in this review is checking the distance from the toe to the tire while turning the tire right and left to visually see the clearance . I would not buy the step over until i see a reviewer visually show this . Other wise a really good review

​@@ChrisCrossedwe be interesting to see what they do. I see this isn't the only Step thru with this issue, The only fix I see is replacing the frame, or adding a stabilizer bar, which is ridiculous on a brand new bike. The Nomade 1 , and the Ecotric Explorer, are a better choice.

For me the Xpeak works just fine as an emtb, that is its intended purpose and by not putting anything on the rack except for a small bag I have no wobble

Charger only! If I’m wrong please show UL sticker, looks like great customer service, but have seen a lot of problems with this bike. I don’t like cable exposed on the bottom of bike, and hate that they say UL certified. Really want like this bike???

Only if you put Cargo on the back, I don’t. I use this ebike for its intended purposes which is off road trails. For that it’s excellent.

Not correct Chris. It wobbled with just the rear rack installed on the bike. To their credit, Lectric was very nice about the whole thing and returned all monies paid after returning the bike.

That’s probably what they were aiming for. A bike that can be on the street and if need be go off sidewalk and tackle and off-road, terrain in the city or towns. Once I saw the first two seconds of this video, I knew that bike wouldn’t be able to handle the forest trails and mountain trails here in Oregon especially during rainy season. Definitely a steppingstone in the right direction.

Color is subjective. What 26x4 with hydraulic brakes is lower than $1299 and has the customer service like Lectic?

Is that why i had to go thru 20 e-mails, 6 or 7 people with multiple phone calls and finally take legal action against Lectric bike company to get my money back on a defective unridable new bike? Cheapest bike i have ever unboxed. Never was able to ride it, not one time. Your missing the point! You buy a NEW bike and you should receive a NEW bike. Who wants to work on a new bike right out of the box? Bought a Mokwheel right after. Received a beautiful flawless bike that was much better quailty and was shipped in a much better box and foam to protect the bike from any damage. I e-mailed Mokwheel customer support with a question on the color display settings and received a answer back within 1 hour and to my surprize I even received a phone call from support within 2 hours to make sure everything was good and my questions were answered. Now that's customer support. Only thing i got from Lectric bike company was a big run around and excuses.

I put 2500 miles on my folding Lectric bike with not a single issue. I’ve even added the dual battery mod to that and the new xpeak. I knew the step through would have the issue with the feet hitting the wheel issue because of other bikes with the same issue. But this bike is amazing for the price. I don’t understand the negatives it’s getting .

I have the XP lite folding bike. No issues what so ever. And was actually surprised how long battery lasted
