Bought the original Lectric over a year ago. Only maintenance has been tube and tire replacement and repair, along with chain lubricant. Over 4000 miles on it and still kicking. Love it!

Love my 2.0 Step thru! My only complaint is the key to start the bike is underneath and hard to reach!

I got my 2.0 ST two weeks ago. It was mistakenly shipped without the battery. I called and spoke with Nikk, within 30 minutes I had a battery heading my way via FedEx. Thank you Nikk! The bike is flawless but I will be upgrading the seat.

Social media is becoming the least trusted marketing and sales strategem. That being said, these are a nice bunch of guys.

We've had our Lectric bikes for over a year now and we love them. I crashed once... operator error, but no harm to bike or me (other than to my pride, for sure). We rode them on the beach in P,prt Aransas, Tx numerous times and got stopped too many times to count as people wanted info on them. We rode them a lot in Montana, even doing part of the Going to the Sun Road before it was opened to vehicular traffic. We will be towing our rv back to Montana from the Gulf Coast of Texas again this spring for our summer jobs and the estimated diesel cost will be a blow to our fuel budget for the year. But we plan to use our bikes a lot more, have even plotted a safe route from our campground to the local store for grocery shopping. We are both in our 70s and not in the best of shape (me that is, hubby is in great shape) and these bikes have opened up paths (pun intended) for us that would otherwise not be feasible. We love our Lectric bikes. We have some pretty good pictures from places we have been and have posted some on the FB page. I love that this company is doing so well. Kudos and congrats to Lectirc

I bought my XP 1.0 in June of 2021 right from the warehouse. It didn’t look anything like that then. They only had swamp coolers and it was VERY warm and muggy in there. They had about 20 scratch and dent models so I bought mine for $200 off. I have several hundred miles on it and it still runs perfect. I just bought an XP Lite last weekend from the warehouse as well and really love it. I’m sold on the Lectric brand.

just ordered the XP2 it appears to be a well built attractive ebike and after checking out many other ebikes on the web I decided to go with there electric bike , I like the fact that the owners made a video with them talking about there ebike in other words they are not afraid to show their faces and stand behind their product ,heck in some other bikes you can hardly get any info on the sellers or owners so i felt comfortable buying from them, hope to get the bike and start riding soon

My Wife and I had just ordered our LECTRIC EBIKES last week. We received tracking information showing delivery this Thursday and Friday! I am a very happy lectric ebike owner. My truck carries every tool I need to build a house. 12 MPG.... My lectric ebike goes to the store to buy drinks and ice. It also provides a cooling breeze from time to time. I LOVE IT!

I ordered mine 2 days ago, then now they have sale of adding free lock and premium lamp. Called them up, they answered immediately. and added the freebies for me no problems. love that their callers are not outsourced.

My wife and I retired, drove to Phoenix to tour ebikes. Loved our test ride, and purchased 2 bikes with extras. We LOVE our bikes. Ride the desert when boondocking. Ride around our home town. Nice to be young again! We ate going full time in our class A soon. With gas prices going up, we have an edge. If you want a really nice electric bike for a good price, look at these. We love ours.

I would like to see your welding and inspection processes, NDT inspections, paint and assembly. I would also like to see how your batteries are made, and the inspections for those.

I purchased one and was unhappy to find out that they are so inexpensive compared to others because they are made in China. If I had done my research, I never would have purchased it! I’m not a troll. Please don’t delete this. People have a right to know and make up their own mind if they are still interested in purchasing it. I will say that the bike works well and I have had no problems with it.

As we mentioned in Tampa, we got our bikes because of your recommendation. It turns out these are perfect for us. I had a super nasty bout with The Virus, and riding a regular bike now is not easy due to lung damage. With these, I can pedal as much as I can handle, and then keep going using the motor. My husband's funky knee also appreciates the break from pedaling. This is a super fun and interesting video and tour of the shop! Thanks so much!

A three wheeler like a Sligshot style, with the two wheels in front. Have the two wheels compress for storage and expand out for use.

It would be nice to see them offer a geared hub option and greater battery capacity. I like their bikes but I’m currently looking at other bikes that have these options.

Oh my goodness, you guys nailed it when you designed these bikes, I But the XPremium and love it so much, the only thing is I wish there was more room on the handlebars to add things like a cell phone holder, GoPro...etc, AND that the handlebars were A little bit closer on the XPremium. I'm pretty tall and thin and I still have some difficulty with How far the handlebars are away,. It just seems like they are too far away, I feel like I'm steering with my fingertips, But I'm not giving up this bike this bike is amazing, did I say amazing Oh yeah baby.!!!!!!!

I bought what I think was close to the first 3.0 E-bike out of your store in the Phoenix office. I drove up there from Tucson when you were still unpacking to move in. I am 82 years old and still ride this bike every day and it now has over 800 miles on it. I drove up there from Tucson when I heard about your opening . There were no bikes in sight at the time and only about three people to talk to. I ride it every day, and I love it! I Made it just about everywhere I go. My car just sits in the carport, gathering dust. However, I found the range of the bike kind of limited. I love it!

So cool to see where it all happens! I just received my new Lectric XPremium here in North Carolina last week and am loving it!

In regards to a 3-wheeler, (aimed for disabled,/seniors - like me (70), I hope Lectric can pull another "rabbit out of the hat" by going against the trend, and finding a better way. In this case: an E-bike for seniors (like me, 70). Currently the existing senior e-trike is a tricycle layout: (1 large wheel in front, 2 rear). This layout may work for toddlers, but is suicidal for seniors. A much more stable/safe approach is the "tadpole" layout (2 steered wheels in front, and one powered rear wheel on lightweight all-alum chassis. (So many seniors have taken corners too fast on the old tricycle format and have toppled over (with fatal consequence). The senior e-trike should be a tadpole layout. It should use narrow puncture-proof 24" (or even 26") wheels fitted with narrow, 70lbs PSI 1.0"-1.5" tires using double wall narrow aluminum rims wheel for front two wheels. (The larger 24"-26" diameter is to help roll over curbs, bumps). In the rear, use a 20" wheel with a 2.0-2.5" tire running at 45-55psi. All 3 tires filled with Slime. Include your Comfort package (sprung seat and suspension seat post) as standard. Design frame as low, step-through entry. Allow 2-4" fore-aft seat adjustment. Redo seat frame down tube angle or position to move bottom bracket (crank axle) 2"-4" forward relative to the seat (in bicycle lingo - a "touring bike frame geometry") to get a more relaxed up-right seating position and to achieve a comfortable pedaling angle and extended power power stroke and better use of leg power. Fit all 3 wheels with V-Brakes fitted with water-wicking/scraping brake-pads. (V-brakes are much less costly and much lighter than disc brakes, and will be plenty strong for this senior bike application . Use the same 48v, 500w motor as the XP, but have it geared slightly lower. (Add the same ability to unlock (with disclaimer) from 15mph top speed to 20mph). Use an LG 12-14ah (13s4p) pack, instead of the XP 20's 9.6AH battery (not enough range for a trike...don't want to strand an elderly person in the middle of nowhere). Max weigh target: 75-85 lbs. Max target Price: $1,900-$2,100. I think this setup will totally outclass the existing 3-wheel e-bike market (which start at $2,600 and higher for the unsafe tricycle style bikes.). Like it was for your 1.0 XP, the gap for a senior bike is there, and a company like Lectric can do a repeat.(Most likely the sales numbers in this Senior market may not be a huge as for the general market XP, but if there's a time to do it, it would be the present). If well executed (good price, value /functionality driven/simple/light, don't be surprised to see You Tubers like @DavidBrandNew dressed as up as a 6'4" elderly man with cane, climbing aboard his hot-rodded Lectric Trike, dumps the cane in the back basket, powers on, and blast off with a tire smoking burnout... When/if that happens, it won't be just seniors in the waiting list... ),

These things are great, but the laws vary in the states. Make sure you check the laws before heading out. Keep in mind they are motor vehicles, and your health insurance will not cover you if involved in an accident. When you get to hospital just tell them you were riding a regular bike, forget the motor part.

My bike wouldn't charge after a year. It may have been my fault as the charger tip had gotten wet and had some rust on it. Lectric sent me a new battery and charger for free even though my warranty had just expired.

I bought two white 3.0 step through May 2023 when I’m camping in my travel trailer I can’t walk very far but I can see the whole campground and a lot of the trails and do small errands on my bike and she loves hers. I love mine and put 230 miles on it last summer and I think I’m just getting warmed up 👏👏👏👏👍🏼🗣️RIDE‼️.

i bought a electric bike over a year ago and man are they fun . it’s not this brand but i couldn’t be happier with my choice of ebike . when we bought ours they were 1499 now there 1999 it’s crazy how much they went up

Campers/RVers if you are on the move be aware I was told by customer service that there is a $75 charge to change the delivery address. Prior to purchase I checked with customer service regarding the time line and was assured our delivery would be within our time frame (not told about the charge). When our move date was approaching the delivery day was posted as later, I became concerned. I called was told about the charge (luckily the arrived the day before I moved).

I recently bought a Lectric xPeak high step and I love it! Unfortunately after only 102 miles on it the front brake pads fell of after the cotterpen slipped out. Fortunately I contact Lectric about the problem and within only 3 days I had a complete replacement brake. The. service I received was excellent and I love this bike. It's my third ebike and is the pick of the litter

Will be there on the 19th to test drive some bikes and hopefully bring a couple home.

Im so happy I bought from them.. I realize the bike Might be made in China but Im glad the company is US. ONLY thing I wish they did was a more expensive higher end bike.... like 1500 or more.. with better motor and battery.... other than that I love their bikes

Good group of people I am about to purchase an electric bike and these guys are the front runners.

Wonder if they ever fixed the brake issues with the 2.0 and xp lite. The brake pads do not make full contact with the disk. You’ll notice when you replace the brake pads that they only have partial wear on them. On the front pads it’s kinda an asymmetrical wear and on the rear pads only 3/4 of the bottom end make contact.Other than that my original xp has been a great ebike for what I need.I still enjoy riding it. There are so many more out there now to choose from now but I have no need for one. Unless there is a drastic change in technology I’ll be riding my xp.Just buy what you really need and nothing more.Honestly if the xp lite were out a couple years ago I would have bought that instead.15 miles and under is my usual ebike ride.

Just got our XP 3.0 Long range. We ordered this because of people like you on KZfaq(their ad strategy worked) and to see if an eBike is something we like. We do and this bike is awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. We WILL be ordering another before spring.

You really need to come out with a 20 amp hour battery. I live in hilly country. Get maybe 22 miles per charge.

Proud of these guys. Good product that's vested at least buy me. Good price good for cruising my grocery getter. It's already probably paid for itself in gas savings I have mine unlocked and I catch people riding in a car side by side just to see how fast it goes then I get a thumbs up. When I first got it there would be older people asking me about it like I had a show car.😅

Failure on the cadilac. The headlight needs to be mounted to the fender, not the basket. That way when you turn, you aren't turning into the dark.

Got mine yesterday. It's ok. Just can't figure out for the life of me why they would put the key "Underneath" the bike so you literally have to get on the ground to find the keyhole. Not a very smart design. Wish I would have waited to get some sort of updated version. Stuck with this for now.

I love my Lectric bike but wish the seat was not so directly over the pedals. Also, the mirrors are horrible - won't stay tight so are basically worthless.
