This time, I'm going to show you how to make grilled eggplant with garlic miso and mayonnaise, which is a delicious summer vegetable.
The eggplant is grilled slowly, so it becomes soft and melty! The rich and mellow taste of mayonnaise is added to it, and it goes perfectly with the sweet garlic miso, making it a devilishly delicious dish that you can't stop eating!
This is one that you can't stop eating rice or drinking alcohol.

I'll introduce you to how to make grilled eggplant with garlic miso and mayonnaise.
[Ingredients]
2 eggplants
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dengaku miso
Appropriate amount of grated garlic
Appropriate amount of chopped green onion
[How to make]
1. Peel the skin off the eggplant in 3 to 4 places lengthwise.
2. Put the eggplant and mayonnaise in a frying pan and mix well.
3. Spread the eggplant so that they do not overlap and heat over low heat.
4. Once the mayonnaise is heated and separates, cook for about 5 minutes, turning the eggplant over frequently, until browned.
5. Once the eggplant is cooked through, turn off the heat and add the dengaku miso and grated garlic and mix well.
6. Serve in a bowl and top with chopped green onions.
