Resep Udang Rambutan (12 pcs)
Bahan:
200 gr ayam giling / udang giling
200 gr udang kupas, belah punggung
1 sdt garam
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdm air jahe, opsional
½ butir putih telur
1 sdm tepung sagu
1 siung bawang putih halus
1 sdm bawang bombai parut
¾ sdm saus tiram
2 sdt kecap asin
1 sdm gula
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 pack kulit pangsit, potong
Tepung pelapis:
5 sdm tepung serbaguna
100 ml air
Lainnya:
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Saus bangkok
Langkah:
1. Marinasi udang kupas dengan sedikit garam dan baking powder kemudian diamkan 5 menit lalu bilas dengan air mengalir 3-5 menit hingga berwarna putih pucat
2. Keringkan udang dengan tisu, kemudian cincang udang
3. Campurkan ayam giling dan udang cincang dengan garam dan gula lalu aduk hingga mengental
4. Tambahkan bahan lainnya, aduk rata
5. Campurkan bahan tepung pelapis, aduk rata
6. Iris tipis kulit pangsit, potong 2-3 bagian
7. Bulatkan adonan dengan tangan / sendok kemudian celupkan ke tepung pelapis
8. Gulingkan adonan di atas kulit pangsit, tekan perlahan agar kulit pangsit menempel
9. Goreng hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
10. Sajikan udang goreng rambutan dengan saus bangkok sebagai pelengkap

Fried Shrimp Balls Recipe (12 pcs)
Ingredients:
200 g ground chicken / ground shrimp
200 g peeled shrimp, deveined
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ginger liquid, optional
½ pc egg white
1 tbsp sago
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp onion, grated
¾ tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp stock powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pack wonton skin, sliced
Wet batter:
5 tbsp seasoned flour
100 ml water
Others:
Oil for frying
Bangkok chili sauce
Steps:
1. Marinate the peeled shrimp with salt and baking powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinsed under running water for 3-5 minutes until it pales in color.
2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then chop.
3. Combine the chopped shrimp with ground chicken, salt, and sugar. Mix until sticky.
4. Add the other ingredients in. Mix well.
5. Combine the wet batter ingredients. Mix well.
6. Slice the wonton skin thinly. Slice into 2-3 parts.
7. Shape the dough into balls with hands / spoons. Dip into the wet batter.
8. Roll the dough onto the wonton skin. Press lightly so the wonton skin sticks.
9. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
10. Serve Fried Shrimp Balls with Bangkok chili sauce on the side.
