2005年に日本で誕生した世界No.1.のソロダンスバトル大会「DANCE ALIVE」。
数多くの名バトルを残し、数多くのソロバトラーを輩出するなどダンスシーンに多大な影響を与えてきた。
2013年にワールドカップをシンガポールで初開催。参加国は11ヵ国で、フランス / イタリア / アメリカは招待国として参加した。2回目となるワールドカップは2014年台湾で開催され、大いに賑わいを見せた。
そして満を持して2018年、今までの経験を元に新たにワールドカップの開催を決定。
記念すべき本大会はジャンルレスのスーパーバトル。
ジャンル・世代・カテゴリ分けなし。
2018年8月3日(金)、場所はさいたまスーパーアリーナ。
優勝賞金は、なんと世界最高峰の¥10,000,000-
世界最強のソロダンスバトル大会。

+Lil Jawa Who said I like krump? They CAN battle, should they? NO. You're asking a bboy and a krump dancer to freestyle becase they can't truly use their style of dance on those tracks.You're not gonna see Les Twins trying to breakdance to a bboy track. Stick to the style you like and are good at. That first song is a horrible DJ selection, you can't hit every beat with anything but breakdance. The second is more of a krump track but it's not a strictly krump track, you could do some other stuff there too.

Should have had a tie breaker round because to me Issei took 1st round and Konkrete took 2nd. Also I don't like that they mute out the crowd. It's waaay better when you can hear everyone cheering and reacting

I feel like when it comes to big events like this people don't understand krump and the culture behind it enough for it to be judged accordingly. All in all I feel Bboy issei won because he seemed more comfortable & knew what to do, & he is one of the best bboys out rn lol, konkretes second round though 👌🏾

Whoah whoah whoah. I'm a Bboy, and i love watching Krump. Our communities here in our little city are supportive of each other, we have the same practice area and we both help each other during each others events. Hell we even teach each other our cultures and dance styles. We have Krumpers, the ones we taught, that enter our Bboy battles and cyphers and honestly have potential as Bboys too and when they cypher, we like to join in aswell. Could you fuckers, just please not ruin that by saying one is better than the other? Because honestly as dancers, the only thing we need to understand there is the mentality of "that move was sick". That being said, Konkrete's 2nd round was god damned fire. Holy shit. And i really loved how Issei was able to improvise here and tried to merge two styles together.

Both are extremely talented The styles are too far apart to have a sound judgement. Either the person loves Bboy or ISSEI and votes in his favor or the person loves Krump and votes for Konkrete. We had this same issue back in the days (1980s) with Pop/wave dancers vs Bboys. The grade scale on Bboy moves are different then stand-up dance.

Good battle should have been a 1-1 but when he made contact with the dancer the judges felt that was points loss . Street battle is one thing but competition organized battle touch ur opponent is not kool.

H Az you can't say krumping is better that any other dance style. Krump has something that other dance styles don't have and other dance styles have something that krump does not have, this is what makes every dance style unique. I respect your opinion and i also have respect for every dance style because they are all unique arts. Adam Baraka you need to take a step back and view krump with an open mind.

You just can't compare two different styles of dance. I hate battles like this because it really comes down to the music. There's no way to do Krump as well with fast beats like the first. The songs were way too fast & basic for a Krump style of dance. But at the same time it'd so hard to breakdance on true Krump tracks.

Allstyles means incorporating many styles. I wonder why people enter allstyle battles if they only have 1 style. Eventually you are going to get smoked. I'd have switched up styles for that first song, I think that's where Koncrete lost.
