The only problem I have is you're calling her the greatest player in college history please stop it she did great things that's it, she did not win Raven shut her down point blank. 100% fact. She can be great and will be if she works hard to get there like Larry Bird did. We can't judge you based on your potential but your results. Let her get the results and then all praise will be worthy right now it's just a wish. This is sports nothing is given it's OK to be a fan.

@@hottrakz I never said she was the greatest college player, that was everyone else. The point is she, just like Larry Bird was on a team that would have never made it to a national title game, and when Bird came into the league his team had the second worst record in the league at the time, and to my understanding Bird has the greatest team turn around in league history, and this is without any of the hall of famers. And if you say he had Pistal Pete on his team, well Larry Bird force him into retirement.

That is of course because you don't know woman's basketball all you are proving is you have social media. Just because someone says something you don't agree with it doesn't equate to heat Taurasi never lie she said reality is coming because it is. Caitlin is untested she has to prove herself like everyone else that's not hate it's just reality. I've been extremely disappointed over the reception that Caitlin Clark is getting from some WNBA players. All I can think of is that they are simply jealous of the attention Clark has received and their jealousy has blinded them to how Clark has lifted women's basketball to new heights...which in the long run will benefit every WNBA player and team in the league. Stupidly, they have forgotten that a rising tide raises ALL boats. Those players who speak negatively of Clark should re-think their motives, be grateful for sold out season's tickets across the league, and apologize to their fans for displaying such nastiness to a new WNBA player.

I think it is jealousy. Clark is getting the attention that Taurasi craves and has craved for years. Let’s face it, when she played in college, women’s basketball was not that popular. She goes to the WNBA and the league has had dismal attendance and tv ratings. Along comes Caitlin Clark setting multiple records, bringing excitement and most importantly, lots of eyes to women’s college basketball. And now she will do so for the WNBA. But Taurasi wanted to be that person and wasn’t. So, she takes every opportunity to knock Clark. My advice to Taurasi is you better get that grown 41 year old woman body of yours to go back in time to when you were 22 because Caitlin is going to burn you up.

Dirty Diana 41yrs old 20yrs in the league, Champion(Obviously not Humble)and NO leadership skills apparently. Played on Stacked teams in college and her game instantly translated to 20ppgm. The only adjustment period coming is going to be for Taurasi. Steph gave us a little taste when at Davidson and it translated into Championships. But we haven't seen anything like this since Larry Joe Bird. "I hate it when they put a white guy on me, it's disrespect to my game." A player inducted into the hall of fame recounted listening to to a Indiana ST game, Bird this, Bird that, Bird scores. "Dam this dude is good." "Then I met/seen in the paper, he's white." It's not racial, it's that there are a lot of great Black players and just every once in awhile a diamond rolls out of the rough, one that everyone can cheer for. Some of you WNBA players want to throw the Virgin in the Volcano. You better get to the Gym, you're going to have to be a little quicker.😂🐠

Steph Curry was nowhere near the player in Davidson that he is he developed in front of us in the NBA through a lot of hard work and good coaching. A lot of what you saying it's true however giving somebody a crown prematurely is a recipe for disaster. I wish Caitlin Clark the best but she has a lot of work to do because while there are scrubs in the WNBA there are plenty of Raven Johnsons there licking their chaps waiting to lock her down or prove she is who they say she is. America has always been about black and white she is or maybe that diamond in the rough amongst many talented Ebony players and when America sees that they embrace it it's just how it is in a country occupied by 70% caucasians. It may not be all racial but in America that's always been the driving force I understand Caitlin Clark has plenty of other fans then Caucasian but if anyone knows about numbers this is a fact that cannot be ignored. I personally think she will do fine she has enough support from NBA players that will actually work with her whether it's for publicity or because they genuinely care. As far as any titles I will hold off on those until she actually earns them

Ya, she'll have transition problems at first. Maybe week 1- week 5 she'll have a horrible time. Instead of 30pts per game, maybe she'll score only 25! ROFLMAO. Maybe her 3pt shots might suffer by 2-3 per game. But, if you look at what the fever done last year, if I remember right, the best players off the bench for them only averaged about 6 pts each. So if you figure that way, she will more than make up the difference and could take the place of any three off the bench with no problem. It would seem to me, that would of been enough for the Fever to win at least 10 games during the regular season. And all the above is if CC has mediocre games with no hot streaks. I say the other teams in the league better hope she has LOTS of mediocre games.
@allpositivenetwork

She's not averaging 25 per game. Aaliyah Boston was last year's rookie of the year and she's also playing with other scorers like Kelsey Mitches. Clark will likely average around 17-19 ppg, and that's not bad at all, but she's not getting anywhere near 30. The all time record is 25 ppg by Taurasi. Rookies in the WNBA just don't average that much.

Always saying positive even in a situation like that uncalled for "foul" by Carter. And for Taurasi, why are you saying bad about Caitlin, instead you should be bragging yourself up.

I think Caitlin is going to translate better than everyone thinks. Iowa has never been a top team like Uconn Stanford Notre Dame South Carolina or LSU. She's used to playing along teammates not being highly recruited and getting them to all play together as a Team. People don't realize how Fierce of a Competitor She is. I noticed it her first year playing against my Iowa State Cyclones. She's special and she's different.

Taurasi is overrated at both the college and pro level. And she has never made an all-defensive team at the college or pro level. She will be 42 years old when she plays Clark and they play 3 times (the second and third time in Indiana). I would love to see Clark drop 50 on Taurasi especially if she has the guts to cover Clark in one of those 3 games.
