You’ve healed your diastasis recti and wonder, ‘What’s next?’ This 3-part series will jump-start your progression into more challenging core exercises that won’t undo your progress in healing your deep core and pelvic floor.
This workout is #3 of 3 workouts in this series. Do this workout for 1-3 weeks, 1-3 times per week, or until you feel you’ve mastered the exercises. Then, move to the next workout.
Equipment needed: mat or soft surface

I gave birth a few years ago. Will this exercise help or by this time only surgery would work?

Hello Lauren what do you recommend for me todo after completing this program ? ( i have completed the DR program and currently in workout number 7 of loose your mommy pouch but I didn’t do the postpartum abs program)

I gave birth in 2008. However i had surgery on my uterus a year ago and my uterus sticks out way more than it should. I am looking for anything to help get this little pooch down. I workout daily and lift weights. It just doesn't go down!
