I had this argument with a surgeon, he thought what I do isn't worth the price he had to pay, I said Sir let me ask you this, what do you do for work, he said I'm a highly skilled surgeon, my hands are insured for millions, I said well what you do, I shouldn't have to pay such a high price, he stopped me in mid sentence, well I went to medical school did blah blah blah, I said ok, you are paying me for over 40 years experience in this field, I can have you call me, and you tell me what the tractor isn't doing, and I can diagnose it over the phone, I don't even have to be there, that sir is what you are paying for, so he agreed and didn't realize that, so he went away, and came back when I was done, and he tipped me 100 dollars extra, simply for my speech, and the fact he didn't have to take it to a pro shop, and spend a fortune, and not get it back for 3 months.

A boy can only dream! I work everyday towards that goal this would have been ideal b/c they were willing to make a deal with our house. They want to stay in the area. We could have avoided all sorts of fees since this would have been a private transaction.

Yes, really not much front yard to show off my stripes. I figure the back yard we have done in a day. I would rent a bob cat and start ripping up eveything that isn't grass. Keep it simple like our home. Grass in the middle and ARBO's on the permiter. They have various ARBOS all over in random places that get in the way so I would re-locate them to keep costs down. This is a severe upgrade from what I work out now. I promised Chris...we wouldn't sink a penny into shop space (unless it was to keep it safe) until the house is set up like the way she wanted it.

I looked at the tractor at his house, went back to my house to check the battery, went to walmart to exchange it for a new one, and back to his house to install it and confirm repair. This is why I hate selling out of the house as well as people know what I do. If this was a snowblower, lawnmower, generator or 2 Cycle they wouldn't know where I live LOL

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! Don't mind me bc we have the SAME ISSUE SAME MOWER! 3 Years ago I sold a Honda Quadra Cut to a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER for $250 delivered to his front door (he is about 20 mins away) I haven't seen the mower since. He shoots me a message saying he can't get the mower started, he went out bought a battery powered one, and wanted to know if I wanted to buy it back. HE IS A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER as he refers me A LOT B/C over the years I have taken care of him. He is responsible for 10 Snowblower sales and numerous repairs/services. I went to his house and offered him $150 for his non-running mower. Figure $100 for a 3 year rental fee plus who would pay $150 for a non-runner. It had no spark...guess why? Air Fiter was CLOGGED and caused the plug to foul due to excessive carbon. Cleaned the plug, new air filter, fresh oil BC IT WAS BLACK and sold for $300.

Better not bc they have a smart trickle charger/maintainer and should use it! Mind me asking… What brand do you use? Where do you get it? How much do you pay? Longevity? Warranty Process?

Uncle...I know I tell everyone that AS IS. Some people even have a bill of sale for me. I read it over and write AS-IS No Guarantees or Warrantee's applied. I sign Henry's name on it and move it along. This person thought since it was serviced and I had a good rep there wouldn't be any issues. Even after explaining this to him he didn't wanrt to hear it. So next time I have a few choices...either I can add you to the list as I'm backed up with repairs and service. Due to not knowing what each machine needs as well as parts availbility I can't make any time commitments. If he presses me for a number I will says 8-12 weeks out OR take his machine in and slowly work this service into his bill.

They drive past the house quite frequently. We don't personally know them. My whole thing is...he's local, he knows where we live. He can make it real miserable for us thanks to social media. These people are never wrong in their eyes and of course there are many people like them who THINK LIKE THEM!
