Great video. I need help. Pull start cord rips out of my hand when i attempt to pull / start it. Does anyone know why and the fix? Its been a year and I'm still at a dead end. Seems like my timing is always going out of line everytime i re align and start it again. Just shuts off after a few seconds of running and timing is off again. Ryobi GCV 190 3100psi 2.5 GPM
@pattayperformance3 күн бұрын
Start easy… Check timing via the keyway on the fly wheel and if that is still good check and adjust valve lash You can also pull the pump off the motor and check to see if the problem still persists and if it doesn’t you know your pump is the issue

The wax cartridge appears to be removed from the block, the square shape opening above the intake port. That is what opens the choke when it warms up.

What is the torque on those 2 bolts holding the air filter housing on? I am getting a leak below that. Appears to be leaking from that seal between carb and filter.
@don2deliver8 күн бұрын
The only advantage to individually adjustable wheels is you can tilt the mower to angle cut the edge of a lawn. With a good edge job on the lawn, this means you may be able to skip trimming.

Thanks for the tip however I called the dealer and asked about this he sounded skeptical and I was wondering because the machines belts , pulleys, bearings where designed to handle snow according to factory specifications has anyone had a problem with anything wearing out after installing this kit.

Zero issues bc remeber you are breaking In the paddles to adhere to your housing. Always recommended before blowing snow to coat everything with lube

I've never had to replace those bolts on mine. You must be trying to throw rocks with that blower! You need to install an impeller kit - then you will have a real snowblower!

I tried starting my dad's up, he said that he got it from someone for 20 bucks, and behold the cast aluminum pump is cracked at the top section of the pump spilling oil. Is this pump worth it to maintain and invest time and energy into? Or will it break again?
@pattayperformance21 күн бұрын
Cracks In pumps are operator error by me. Then don’t winterize the machine and water in pump freezes and cracks the pump. Install new pump and change the oil on the motor. Send it
