"Walk without rhythm..." is obviously quoted from David Lynch's Dune which connects the rest of the references like the floating, shifting dancing, voice, etc.

Na... the part about "my voice" likely refers to the sonic amplifiers they used in the Lynch version. Which were actually there weapon of choice.
