#3. Our "doppelgangers".... I was going in to a Walgreens in Plano Texas and stopped to give a donation to the VFW.... I went to put my money in the can and the retired soldier said "So you decided to come back and give more?". This was the first donation in had given so I'm asked what he meant and he insisted " you were here about a half hour ago and gave then." I assured him I did not. He looked at me strangely, studied my face carefully and said " If it wasn't you, thennitmwas someone who looked EXACTLY like you". He said the other person had my exact face and body type (6ft 2in and about 200lbs at the time) even down to the moustache and short beard.... Seems one of my "twins" lived in the same area. I never came across him, but tomthis day imreallymwish in had.

Dude, if my height is determined by my dad, then why tf am I a shortass and he's not? And also, a smile may be the 'ultimate antidepressant' but it still doesn't cure your depression no matter how much you smile and laugh.

What it really means. People who smile a lot are confident, friendlier and knew their own value'' Unless you are faking it which really not cool u will just ended up an awkward person. It seems you havent accepted urself. I can tell u r really unhappy in life :) Just letting u know. No body's perfect and there a lot more people who has a worse condition than urself. ( The truth is everyone has insecurities and it up to you how manage it ) You and urself is ur friend. You are the avatar of ur life ( Like SIMS4 game ). Everyone built different. Learn to accept urself. ''Always follow ur instinct or guts'' if ur happy being fat then be fat. If ur happy being healthy then be healthy'' If you feel there something missing then do something about it even knowing the outcome will bad or good ( Take some risk, it's part of life ) Know ur own value this way u start respecting other people. Cuz everyone suffered and it's part of life ( rich, poor, handsome, ugly, short, fat, tall or slim) and have their own game. Enough with ur insecurities. Insecure toxic people will never run out of shitty things to say. ( They just dont and i hope u will not be one of them ) Lasly, '' ITS ALL ABOUT MINDSET'' Having a strong mindset are the real strong people'' Have a great day :) (BTW english is my 2nd language hope it all make sense) Hope it will help a bit if u ever feel depress.

@Riven It is really hard to tell if a person is depressed. The person can even look depressed yet really happy in life. That was actually me back when i was 18-21. I smile and make everyone laugh. Yet I still feel alone and uncomplete. I feel there something missing. So what i did. I save some money and do a very long drive alone. It took me 8 days before i get into my destination (From NT to QLD, Australia) I was really scared but my guts told me to just do it . I got there and unemployed for around 4 months. I feel super depressed. after 2 years I met a lot of toxic people and good people. I think people are depressed because they have this personality where they are afraid to do something. While there other people who get depressed but knew how to fight them. I think depression is all about what you are thinking. So this is what I do when I was about to fight my depression. - I walk in the dark under the train tunnel with no lights, alone. I feel so scared and starting to do a fast walk. ( My depression change from depress to scared ) - I once one of people who earning a lot of money yet my life is so boring and repetitive . Worse of all I was working in the sea with 30+ crew who i see every single day and saying ''GOOD MORNING'' each day. - Exercise change ur thinking from depress to think to finish ur workout and feel great. - Swimming cuz u want to be a strong swimmers. - Reading cuz u wanna see what happening in that book. - Typing this also one way of killing depression. Cuz i no longer give a crap what you think about me typing this thing even though my grammar is really weak. - Me thinking ways of improving my grammar. Well typing this does. ( This also kill depression ) There so many way to kill depression but some people just dont know how to do it. Most of them are type of people who asking for approval from others. E.G theyre family should be really proud of them when u really should'nt give a crap what ur family or society thinks about u. Ur BF leaves you with a baby where you ended up miserable thinking ur a bad girl or what you should do with the baby. When in reality you should just think how you take care of ur baby and move on. I think the Matrix movie explains this thing. We living in Matrix we are prison in earth. - Red pill = you wake up in the morning and you believe what you believe. - Blue pill = You want too see how deep that rabbit dig in wonderland. Depression is a negative mindset in people brains. Sadly people do not know how to fight it or deal with it. Thats why there some people who are at mental hospital or committed suicide or never leave their room and use the TV/ internet for entertainment such games and movie.

@@tvb4227 It's like @Riven said, depression is not the same for everyone. I absolutely accept who I am, I know I'm not perfect, I know my shortcomings, I'm working towards where I want to be. My depression is something I've dealt with since childhood, in fact most of my family suffers from it, and we all suffer in different ways. I'm largely depressed right now because I'm stuck living in a pretty toxic household, and I have no way out of it, I can't afford to get out. One of my brothers is largely depressed due to the pressures of being the 'golden child' of our family. We both love who we are as people, we both smile and mean it, but we both suffer differently despite those things. And telling someone that there's a lot more people in worse condition than them, it isn't going to make anyone feel better. It makes them feel worse, because now you're basically telling them that what they feel doesn't matter, that they're wasting time better spent on others. It is this kind of attitude that drives a lot of depressed people to not seek help. This notion that, just because other people are more ill than you, you don't deserve help. Some people can find their way out on their own, but a lot of people can't, and society looks down on them because of it.

@@bumblebee949 I understand and Yes Riven was right. cuz everyone live different life. But thanks for opening up a little about urself and Im not saying I can help you but i think i know the part of u a little bit why u you are depress. Cuz I think I have same situation as urself back in 4-5 years. First I hated my father cuz all he think is about money (for his own pleasure) btw he loss his job ''karma to him lol''. I hated him yet I changed that instead of hating him. I just think of him as a stranger or a friend who i talk a little. Cuz hating him wont do me good. ( It's my mindset to thinking this way cuz i chose to love myself more than asking approval to other people) My family is always fighting too cuz like i said my father is addicted to money. He loves money more than his family. He even cheated with my mom cuz the girl is good at flirting and my dad has money. He never bought us gifts or bring us anywhere. He is our dad yet only thinks about himself and his pleasures. 1. You are saying now you feeling worse cuz i said someone has worse condition than themselves. - I can tell you have '' Anxiety''. You already pick the negative side instead of the positive side about what i was trying to say. ( Again, It's ur mindset and this is how u believe it is ) I can't blame you with that cuz that how depressed people think. ( Depression is a negative thing in our mindset. If you have weak mindset you will let that negative thing to ur brain ) and that's a horrible way to fight depression. 2. Like i said before, most of depressed people are people who ask for approval to be accepted from family and the society. And your brother is dealing with it. To solve this problem. Your brother should take care of himself first before thinking of other people. It's hard to explain but you cant really help other people if u cant even help urself ( Can you feed someone? When you are about to die from hunger?? = Plz think of this in positive way ). I suggest him to stop asking for approval to other people and just go with his own instinct and guts and do what he thinks is right. ( It takes a real man to act like that ) Cuz real man ask approval to themselves instead of other people ) If he doesnt know how to be a leader , alpha or a good man I suggest him to read books about it or watch youtube videos about it ) = This type of mindset will understand ur own value. Cuz u know its all about mentality. People with strong mentality don't easily get depressed) Im not saying to him to be a douchbag what im trying to say ask approval to themself than other people. 3. Ofcourse nodody perfect but you should always give time to urself to be perfect.' '' only if you think it will make you happy '' If you think you are fine being fat then be fat but you woulnt like feeling dying cuz u just jog for 2 minutes'' . You woulnt wanna smell bad I mean who woulld want to talk to someone if they smell bad? right? . As soon as you feel happy. That what it all matters. '' AGAIN NEVER ASK APROVAL TO OTHER PEOPLE '' YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK APROVAL TO URSELF '' People have their own task so is urs. You have ur own responsibility. 4. No no no the society doesnt look down at you. They dont actually care what is happening of ur life. Even you've met them. Even they become ur friends. They will care about there problem first before other people. '' You even thinking about ur problem with ur brother and family now '' yet u are part of the society. If ever someone is talking sh*t about u or look down at u. They probably have insecurities or feeling overwhelm and they jsut have to throw those garbage somewhere or to someone ( If you have strong mindset, You can easily handle em sometimes it take 2-3 days before u burn that garbage ). Some of them havent accept themself and people like that has a low value. '' Most of high value people are friendly but will act an @sshole if someone is an @asshole'' cuz he knew it is a negative energy and he know his value'' While low value people are unconfident and easily be scared from society. Some of them are soo low value they starting to talk sht about u. It is trully a negative energy but it up to you you will manage it. You can fight it or let it consume u. '' Again its all about mindset'' 4. Money. Trust me I work in KFC to save that $6000. I move out yet I failed. ($6000 gone, Just like that) A lot of people doesn't know how to save money and they always have excuses. They never run out of excuses. I suggest you to read this 2 books. BTW there are boring books and its how you pick em. ''THE BAREFOOT INVESTOR'' AND ''RICH DAD AND POOR DAD'' . Im not saying its a waste of time or you will instantly be rich cuz u read this book however. It will change ur mindset from being depressed about money to think how money works'' Just like red pill = this is how you believe how money works. Blue pill = You wanna see how that money works. 5. Fighting depression is all about mindset. The words im typing here you will start believing negative things cuz that how you believe it will be. You are sad cuz u believe that you will be sad. There nothing to do in life cuz you believe there nothing to do in life. Family should be proud of me. Cuz you belive that ur family should be proud of you. I should listen to myself more and follow my guts/instinct cuz I believe it will do me good. Im typing this very long message for you cuz ''I'' believe it will help u to be happy in life. Again all about mindset is about u believing into something either bad or good. U choose to live in bad. or choose to live in good. Life is a just like a sandbox game. You make ur own story. And everyone has stories. Lasly, A person with low mentality or low value are people with full of excuses. If you are full of excuses there literally nothing i can do about that. Cuz ur life, ur game. Know ur own value soon you will listen to urself more and never manipulated from society. SOCIAL MEDIA, TV SHOWS, TWILLIGHT S3XY FKING VAMPIRE. K-POP. Sometime I blame them cuz they are the super heroes and you are just a FAN. Do you wanna be a Fan in real life??? Well choose what u believe is right. Be fan but happy Then cool. But brah woulnt be a FAN. that sht is boring lol.

I knew a man who lived to be 111 years old and in the same facility a woman who lived to be 113, they both smiled a lot and had a super sense of humor. They did an article in three main newspapers on the guy. So yes all my 'long livers' I call them all had this very ' happy go lucky' some people call it, way about them. My clients ranged in age from 102 to 113. One even was 105 and her daughter was 83. It's funny because when I went to her home I introduced myself and I thought that she was the patient, but she said come on in and meet my mother. I thought she had Alzheimers and followed her inside, sure enough her mom was sitting in her lounge chair waiting for me. I'm a retired CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, and you're right, smiling is like medicine. Over the years I've had quite a few clients over a hundred years old. Thanks for the video.

I once met a female classmate’s doppelgänger once. The two were as opposite as night and day. My classmate was really nice, chill, and dressed rather modestly. Her doppelgänger however dressed a bit edgy wearing outfits with choker necklaces, fishnet stockings, dark colored lipsticks, had a bit of a crazed look in her eyes, and definitely had a bit of a wild side. It was so bizarre. Similar to the case of the life of the main character of Dostoevsky’s The Double.

Fact 5 is incorrect. A person height is determined by their mother. A child will be around 5 inch extra taller than mother’s height. If you have doubt - measure it. And its not 100% as like any other genetic variations this can vary but generally that is the case. 70% height is determined

Both my father and my mother were shorter than me. So, I don't think you are right when you say that your height depends on your father and your weight on your mother. It's more complex than so. It's genetics. Genes can jump over a generation. I relate my height to my grandfather and my weight to other family members from my father's side. So do diseases too.

Well, if you want to get philosophical about it, what makes up a "fact" is general and widespread consensus. Also "guns, goons and gold" can make up "facts"; the latter "facts" usually spouted off or decreed by people with names like Stalin or Hitler, or the toadys/bootlickers that work in the PROPAGANDA section of a regime under people with names like those.
