I actually laughed when you said "if you take a whole scoop of Lauricidin, you're gonna be hurting"... because I was one of those fools that didn't know this information years ago and I took the WHOLE little scoop like the bottle says - needless to say I thought I would die of a brain aneurysm that day. I almost landed in the ER with the worst headache and swelling and inflammation of my life! One of the worst experiences I have ever had! So yes.. you are correct on that one ma'am - ha ha. When you said that, I was like, "NO JOKE!!!! Hah!" Unfortunately, FC Cidal and Dysbiocide are terrible for me as well. I have severe MCAS though, so I react to nearly everything. If I ever try them again, I will start with a teeny tiny sprinkle. As always, LOVE you and your videos. Thank you!

Thank you , I live in Ireland and parasites are a dirty word , never mentioned by Doctors , everything is put down to IBS and even twisted into Mental Health Issues , I have had 2 years of terror in my gut and when eventually I went to a Doctor , I was sent packing with colon cleanser which ripped through me causing severe pain , I just gave up and started questioning myself about contamination and hey presto , I am on the mend by getting home remidies because Pharmacies are forbidden to stock Black Walnut & Wormwood, Your video which I just came upon is extremely encouraging, Thank again.

@@gutmicrobiomequeen thank you. Last night was brutal. :-( Two quick questions... Any recommendations about the timing for taking the activated charcoal? E.g., with a meal, spaced apart from supplements, before bed, etc. I am currently taking D3+K2, Zinc, Vitamin C, COQ10, a liquid probiotic, electrolytes (product is called 40,000 volts), and Endocalyx (which is mostly glucosamine). I added in a turmeric capsule today. Also, is it safe to take Ibuprofen for the back pain? I try not to take any manmade meds anymore, even over-the-counter remedies, but staying awake until 4am with searing back pain from Herxheimer reaction is no fun either.

I had so many symptoms of candida and bacterial overgrowth but fasting and taking powerful different substances in an empty stomach has helped so much. I did have to let go of raw veggies for the time being. But I take, spirulina, sea kelp, turmeric and vitamin d. I have had an almost like pregnancy urge to ingest coconut milk daily. I either have lemon, salt and vinegar, garlic or oil of Oregano on an empty stomach. My biggest symptoms is sudden bloating, itching anus and dry patchy skin also sometimes anxiety and a strong desire for sweets. I just have a cup of coconut milk with Stevia, turmeric, ginger and clove and it settles my sweet tooth so much. I also had to eliminate wheat and rice. I saw a podcast on Sibo where they said every time we cheat on our diet we start over because they get to eat.

I believe I am experiencing die-off (self diagnosis - but all the symptoms), because I recently started making kefir at home, a probiotic which is meant to completely alter your gut biome and kill off bad bacteria. My guess would be Candida leaving my intestinal tract. This time around my skin rash wasn't as bad as the first time, but I had a really bad headache for 2 days and started to feel better the 3rd day. Enemas are amazing. The thing about enemas is you have to do it over and over until you have a great release. If you've never had one your missing out. There is definitely stuff in you that needs to come out. Maybe you already have had great releases but by your comment it sounds like you haven't. My brother said enemas didn't do him well and I know it's because he didn't do it over and over. It's an amazing feeling when you get that good release. Your stomach feels so empty and clean. I hope you try it out

My die-off reaction was off the charts. The first time I took betaine HCl, I fell sick with the flu the next day and was sick for at least 3 days. I then developed a trick. I reduced the amount I was taking. 1 pill was 500mg, so I had to open the capsule and reduce the contents by half. I still got die-off rxns(excess phlegm production and a slight throat irritation) but they were more manageable.

Thank you for your great information. I've been herxing off and on for 3 months after starting a low-carb diet. I'm 90% sure I have candida overgrowth from a one year off and on course of antibiotics for re-current UTI's four years ago. Every time I have tried to lose weight by going low carb (50-75 mg/day), I have die off really bad. I haven't even started the probiotics yet. Certain foods are apparently highly anti fungal and cabbage and onions are almost always associated with die-off with me. The problem is that a lot of anti-inflammatory foods are also highly antifungal---at least according to the candida specialists I've read. The cruciferous family Is anti fungal, onions, turnips and others. Every night I take either charcoal or bentonite clay, but it honestly doesn't seem to make that much difference. Molybdenum works well about 75% of the time, but sometimes does nothing. Your information about leaky gut is something I hadn't thought about. The three supplements that you mentioned. What do you suggest as a protocol? Is it ok to take more than one of these together? Thank you so much for this information.

You need the GAPS protocol diet. Start with bone broth only. Work your way over time up to predigested meats meaning roasted meats. Here is a blurb from A.i. The GAPS diet is a diet that is designed to heal the gut and improve overall health. It was created by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, a medical doctor who specializes in autism and other neurological conditions. The diet is based on the idea that many chronic health conditions are caused by a leaky gut, which is a condition where the lining of the gut is damaged and allows toxins and bacteria to leak into the bloodstream. The GAPS diet aims to heal the gut by eliminating foods that are difficult to digest and replacing them with nutrient-dense foods that are easy to digest. The GAPS diet is divided into three phases: Introduction phase: This phase lasts for 2-4 weeks and is designed to help the body detoxify and heal the gut. During this phase, people eat a very limited diet that consists of bone broth, fermented foods, and certain vegetables. Building phase: This phase lasts for 4-6 months and is designed to rebuild the gut lining and restore gut function. During this phase, people slowly start to reintroduce foods that were eliminated in the introduction phase. Full GAPS diet: This phase is the maintenance phase of the diet and can last for years. During this phase, people can eat a wide variety of healthy foods, including meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. The GAPS diet is a very restrictive diet and can be difficult to follow. It is important to talk to your doctor before starting the diet, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. Here are some of the foods that are allowed on the GAPS diet: Bone broth Fermented foods (such as kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, and kimchi) Vegetables (except for nightshades, such as tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplant) Fruits (except for citrus fruits) Meat (including grass-fed beef, lamb, and pork) Fish Eggs Nuts Seeds Healthy fats (such as olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee) Here are some of the foods that are not allowed on the GAPS diet: Grains Legumes Sugar Processed foods Dairy products (except for ghee) Caffeinated beverages Alcohol Nightshades Citrus fruits The GAPS diet has been shown to be effective in healing the gut and improving overall health. However, it is important to note that the diet is very restrictive and can be difficult to follow. It is important to talk to your doctor before starting the diet, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.

based off this and other similarly-very-helpful videos: most effective short-term binders chlorella activated charcoal long-term healing/sealing leaky gut key info die-off is both good as it shows [most likely] the pathogenic microbes being removed and bad as it taxes the body / doesn't allow as quick healing as possible hence, finding a balance where you are not incapacitated for a week but still healing is best going slow (minimzing die-off) over fast is what most experts suggest! thanks Dr. DiNezza!!

I recently got a high quality jucier. My die off happen on accident at the first juice I made was: kale, ginger, and lemon....and I drank it. Tasted yummy 😋. Then I went to bed a few hours later. Woke up and my entire body felt like crap...sweaty, and my mind was foggy af. I called out of work cause I was soooo fatigued. I searched the internet like crazy. And this candida kept coming up. This video put my mind at ease. But its just crazy out little we don't know. Long story short I got better and sllllowly eased back into detox juice recipes and kicked process sugar to the curb ect. I feel like my cardio performance at the gym is UP. And I have more energy at work without coffee.

I have leaky gut, parasites, and candida overgrowth and I took too much black walnut tincture and got in a infrared sauna and boy am I paying for trying to jump the gun. My stomach has been mysteriously quiet as a church mouse but I've had a headache all day and am tired as ever but it's hard to sleep. I'm gonna take some bentonite tomorrow and start back up with the sauna in a couple days cause I know it's not completely dead it's just playing possum. Trying to drink more water and took a Advil for now but I won't try that again. The same day I took psyllium husks I'm wondering if that's a binder but I didn't go to the bathroom (2) for a while and I think that's what caused this horrible herx reaction. 🤢 I'm not stopping tho. I'll dial it back (herbs/sauna time) and will save this video for future reference cause I have to heal my leaky gut. Speaking of that it used to be worse then I got pregnant. I read somewhere that something like stem cells from the baby can heal the mother. I believe it was stem cells it was something but I totally believe it. Good luck to everyone healing. Imagine all the people completely in the dark about all this but with the average diet and use of antibiotics there must be a lot of people suffering without a clue...

My mom just diag with Candida Glabrata from a urine sample. She was in hospital for low sodium. They found she had Staph, but her constant itching is not resolved. Doc put her on Fluconozole, which reduced itching, but now has started more nodules coming out, including large red bumps on her skin.

Interesting that the hospital would test for that. In texas you are lucky if the hospital even does testing. They don't do a dam thing. Consider your mom lucky to some degree.

Again, I think the main question concerning die-off reactions is what is the difference between die-off reaction vs just normal horrible typical symptoms as that is what the patient needs to know to see what they or the practitioner is trying with the patient is working to kill the offending strain of microbe Sounds like she said, there is none, except symptoms are a little more intense with purposefully die-off. Maybe then the next question is when do they differ? as that is what is necessary to find out what you are doing or having done is working or not. Certainly, we don't want to do a test every time we try something different? Maybe, we need a Food Marble Device? I don't know what the answer is. Maybe Dr. Di Nezza or any others can try to answer that question.

I wish most doctor would be like that... Most doctors visits will just give their patient with loads of antibiotic like it's candy treat. So you got a bacteria in stool test, those doctor here you go your antibiotics for a week. Not enough, here you go another antibiotics for another week. Still not there, here you go another kind of antibiotic no wait add another type of antibiotics so that's 2 type of antibiotics for you to finish. If you questioned the doctor why, they said off course to kill off the bacteria and if you ask the doctor why there's a bad reaction, their answers well it means the antibiotic is working or you got allergic reaction but you still need to continue finishing your rounds of antibiotics. If not those doctor will scold you with why you visited a doctor if you won't take or finish their medicines. So much that one will end up with kidney problem cause of it.

I wasn't able to take antibiotics for my sibo lyme or bartonella yet and I'm suffering because I need to build my gut again 1st and move all these toxins out of my body , this sucks. Rifaximin is suppose to be good. With garlic and herbs I was having way too much brain fog. A hollistic doc recomholding off on all herbs, antibiotics and antimicrobials, even binders for now and suggested in first start with bringing the gut inflammation down with ginger, cinnamon, idk what else. Chlorella helps loads. My issue is not pooping everyday. I'm about to start albendazole and vermox because i have no choice

Just come across your video and am very impressed, especially with your explanations and clarity. I just started taking lysine 600mg two capsules per day. Thank you very much for sharing your precious knowledge. I have one question though. Can you give example of dosing of l-glutamine, glycine and l-carnosine for small intestine healing? As I have candida overgrowth with leaky gut I take 1000mg l-glutamine twice a day, 500mg glycine twice a day (2:1 ratio) and 500mg of l-carnosine once a day.

Activated Charcoal depleted either my Iron stores or the Vitamin K in my gut cause it caused watery profuse bleeding after use. I have severe leaky gut and depleted of most nutrients. Since AC didn't work, will Zeolite do the same to me? I heard Zeolite is more selective, but how so? Zeolite is negatively charged which means it could attract positively charged iron. Yet manufacturers have assured me that it will not deplete iron or other nutrients. I'm conflicted. Is there any truth to their claim?
