I have been fighting with Candida die off for a year as I have a long story of why it got so bad. But forget the story. The Number ONE thing that helps out of everything is to eat 2 big salads of mixed greens everyday. Not only do the mixed greens help kill the candida but they are filled with everything else that kills and carries away the by products of die off. Do this and after a while you will notice excellent progress. Plus its excellent for our general health as well and cleaning the liver naturally!

But when I eat lots of greens like that I get severe IBS-D and more symptoms for many days and does seem to improve. So what am I supposed to do? I believe I have low elastase as well due to overgrowth I believe since scans show no issues with gallbladder and pancreas

Did you have anxiety, heart palpitations and dizziness with Candida?
@professorchaos5620
@professorchaos5620 7 ай бұрын
@@lori3637 I dont know anything about IBSD sorry cant help. Yes I have had every symptom that is mentioned about the die off. I also noticed though that greens helped my heart become steady and strong feeling. The electrolytes in them fix that issue. My candida die off after a little over a year now is about 75% gone just doing it all naturally. And mine was Extremely bad. I tried some of the caprylic acid pills and the die off was way too overwhelming. It felt like I was going to die and couldn't sleep at night with Leg pain and arm pain from the inflamed nerves. And lastly I almost always have brain fog. This has been a horrible couple years and if anyone sees signs of candida in the mouth take it seriously and fix or remove what is taxing your immune system quickly!

Had tick which tested positive for Borrelia & took doxycycline because I was having symptoms. On 3rd day of antibiotic, woke up at 2 am thinking I was dying. Arms & legs on fire & weak, heavy. Felt bad flu symptoms. Wasn't informed of Herxheimer reaction & wish a Dr/nurse had prepared me for possibility & how to navigate thru it. Keep spreading the word that Herxing is a real reaction to die off of bacteria.

Thank you, you are a very knowledgeable and kind person 🌻 I've mixed a lot of anti-parasitic herbs and had a medium die-off reaction for the past week like mainly itching all over my skin, cold symptoms and today was the worst a small anxiety attack but it passed. I feel it's the anxiety of the bugs that are dying, in the same way one can think their sweet cravings is ours and their hate for bitter is ours.

I just experienced this. I forgot my oregano was only 6 drops a serving and took a full dropper(6 to 7 servings)- gas/bloating, fever, elevated heart rate, bowel distress , high bp. It only lasted for 20ish minutes, but that was enough for me😅

I am sooo grateful for this video! I have SIBO, IMO and SIBO H2S and just started anti-microbial treatment with berberine. I started off slowly, 2 pills a day for two days and increased to a third pill today at noon. I’ve been having the worst die off reaction, I am feeling fatigued, pale and feverish. Your advice about anti inflammatory food is so good! I’ll start right away!

I can totally relate. Im on week 5 of treatment. I just added herbs along with the nystatin last night, and today, im in bed with a fever and chills. There is almost no information online about candida infections that talks about the reality of what healing from this illness is like. Everything online says die-off should last 3-10 days. Bullshit.

So glad I found this video. I have been on a six month journey of detoxing after having aspergillosis and then getting into the whole parasite clearing regimens. I was taking coconut oil once a day, black seed oil, oregano oil, neem oil topically, boron, diatamaceos earth, wormwood, olive oil and cayenne, and some dewormers also. On top of this I cut out carbs to try lose weight. And I already had hypothuroid, IBS, and possible adrenalin fatigue. Well you can just imagine.... I began to feel so bad that I honestly thought I was gonna die and had kidney and liver crisis etc etc

Yes, please talk about NSAIDs! Just found you and you have explained so much of my 30+ year journey with DAO deficiency, SIBO, MCAS & ridiculous herxheimer effects! I’ve experienced a die off reaction from Deepak Chopra’s cleansing herbs that sent me to the hospital with paralysis and by far the worst migraine I’ve ever experienced! Twice chair massages caused extreme herxheimer reactions. I didn’t understand the cop relation until the third worst one. Right now, I’m incredibly inflamed & appreciate the pearls of wisdom because I’m new on this journey.

I would love to be treated by you but currently don't have any funds left to make that possible so I was wondering when enrollment for you course will commence? I started taking them a few days ago, starting with 3 per day of each, and been feeling malaise for the last 2-3 mornings, just for a couple of hours. I realize that it is probably because I changed my diet to a more keto style at the same time. I remember having that malaise feeling by just changing my diet in the past. So helpful, I’ve yet to find guidance of this sort anywhere, thank you so much 👏🏼 My story: for my staph infection which was (too) slowly improving I took spore probiotics (b.Subtilis, known to eat up staph bacteria). V conservatively - a quarter of the recomm dosage. But one week later, a plethora of spots and sores appeared all over the upper arms, terrifying to say the least! Learnt later that Eczema was in the midst as well as fungal sores. I’ve stopped since of course, even the normal probiotics I’d been taking (a lot of, prior to the spores but which didn’t produce the same effect). Now 3 months later still dealing with that extra growth! 😮 So that’s my die-off story since you’re asking.

I’ve had Lyme since 2018. I try to do everything naturally but since November I’ve had a lingering sinus infection. My ENT gave me a RX for cefdinir after scoping my sinus cavities. I only took 1 pill and a day later I was so sick with die off. I could barely open my hands, my joints were insanely achy and lingering headaches. Its been 5 days and I’m still feeling terrible (fatigue, nausea, headaches, exhaustion). This is the worst flair I’ve ever had. Before the antibiotic my Lyme was well controlled as I have a fairly clean diet geared towards inflammation reduction and eat/drink natural probiotics. After a deep dive I am trying a Herx reduction protocol consisting of Alka seltzer gold, Liposomal glutathione and lemon water. I also am drinking fire & kettle bone broth on top of my powdered collagen and bone broth I have in my morning smoothies. I’ve gone even stricter with what I put in my body and make sure it’s geared toward decreasing inflammation (no added sugars, grass fed meats, processed foods). Along with food as medicine, journal, meditate. Mindset is half the battle. Thank you for making this in depth informational video. Well wishes Lyme Family.

Thank you so much for this. I started taking Berberine and was getting some stomach upset, and I purchased a different brand as I wanted to lower the dose to 200mg. Was just taking 3 of those a day and wham! I thought I had the flu for real. Fever,severe aches.night sweats. Noticed I felt better a day after I hadn't taken any. Fever went away and I didn't want to sleep all day. I waited a couple of days and took 1 and a few hours later the fever came back. Stopped again and took one last night and woke up with bad aches my upper back and a low grade fever. I usually get those when I am coming down with something. Today I started googling and found my answers of die off. I must have leaky gut or a lot of bad bacteria. Here is another thing! For the past several months I have been getting heart palpations(DVTs) several times a day. Doctor's didn't find anything wrong. They started getting less frequent with the Berberine and have now stopped. I don't think it's a coincidence. I originally was taking it for sugar balance and help stopping carb and sugar cravings. In the month I have on and off it I have lost 4 lbs.

I had a tooth pain and needed a root canal. My gums were infected so I was prescribed antibiotics. 6 months later, I still have mild discomfort and was told it’s still infected. I was prescribed amoxicillin twice a day for 7 days. Almost immediately upon taking first dose, I had nausea. So I take a probiotic supplement for 2-3 days and my nausea got worse and I felt worse. I lost my appetite. l felt a yeast infection starting and was feeling all around crappy. I mistakenly took a hot bath and my yeast infection got way worse. I’m fatigued, brain fog, constipated, my period came 4 days early (at least I hope it my period) and pre-existing inflammation symptoms have worsened. There is also possibility I caught Omicron a few days before this all started

Then adding the next week with digestive enzymes before meals and betaine and pepsin after each meal and eating the FODMAP diet (not 100%). Then week 3 add spore probiotics (3 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning). Now week 4 I started slowly after each meal berberine pro then waited 3 days then added oregano oil. Lots of bloating and burping and diarrhea. Not feeling great. Waited 3 more days and added the last herb, allicidin. Ugh. Same bloating, burping and severe pain in stomach and lots of diarrhea. Getting ready to take my third dose tonight and I am very anxious. I am taking this based on a podcast I watched. My gastro doctors wants me to take antibiotics but my insurance won’t approve xifaxan and I not about trying all the antibiotics that don’t work for sibo just so they will approve xifaxan. So I thought I would try the herbs. I also take regularly coq10, turmeric and green tea extract. Should I back off a little on the herbs? I will go get charcoal tomorrow. I am seeking wisdom. Would appreciate any comments. Thanks.

I tested for positive for ecoli.and the amount of candida was also overgrowth. So I started to work with a naturopath on killing candida, ( candibactin metagenis) while building the gut with GI sap from HNF, I developed an upper respiratory tract infection, coughing phlegm for about 2 weeks now, I am hoping it clears as I wish not to take antibiotics it defeat the whole purpose of the candida work we just did. but I may have too. I have been on the protocol for a little over 3 weeks and started to get sick about 10 days in.( coughing phlegme) My naturopath gave me some immune formula yesterday but I do not think it is wise to boost the immune as I now watched your video. So the inflammation from.what I can see is in my l lungs ( green phlegme= viral infection) Not sure what to do next. I think I will stop the protocol and take some charcou fir a while to see if it helps

Hi there, thank you for your wonderful videos. I am experiencing intense die-off symptoms because I went cold turkey on sugar, grains, and everything processed (of course no caffeine, dairy, alcohol, or anything inflammatory or even fermented) I know it's extreme, but I've done it before, and I know it's the way for me if only I can last for a couple more weeks. I'm on day 8. Now eating super clean and simple to rid of sibo and candida and whatevre else might be going on. No meds whatsoever. Just trying out a small dose of probiotics that worked in the past. Any advice on help with die off symptoms? I am consuming some ginger, turmeric, oregano oil, garlic, etc. Any advice for us non medicated people? Thank you so much and all the best.

Hi Noga. It sounds like you and I are both affected by the same foods; and it's when we STOP all those foods, is when all hell breaks loose! I've also found that avoiding fructose and doing a keto type diet (Non red meat though because of the Heme Iron which exacerbates the pre-inflammation) works best for me. As for treating the die-off when we go cold-turkey from all the offending foods... sleep it off, drink loads of water and Cold Water Immersion (CWI = Ice Baths etc) seem to provide some sort of relief for me.

THANK YOU! This is the exact breakdown I needed at the exact time. PLEASE make a video about NSAIDs. I have family members who have been taking them daily for years. I have celiac, lactose intolerance, POTS & latex allergies. I’m underweight and believe I have a leaky gut(pretty much digestive system breakdown & autoimmune symptoms) & candida overgrowth as my main health problems. I want to do the GAPS diet to heal leaky gut, but I’m concerned about mercury toxicity from killing the candida before my detox organs get up and running again. I understand binders could be problematic if chronic constipation doesn’t allow things to move fast enough to prevent reabsorption. Also binders could pull mercury from relatively safe fat stores and drop it in more dangerous organs if not filtered fast enough. Even without antimicrobials, I’m looking at some die off just from the diet and foods used in GAPS. I’m still trying to figure it all out (no health ins.) but this video definitely helped elaborate on the exact mechanisms why I shouldn’t nuke candida & how I should look into the vagus nerve to help make the bile flow again so I can detox rather than reabsorb. Fingers crossed!

I have just started making and drinking about a cup of milk kefir for the past 2 weeks and it has made me feel terrible. I have server diarrhea, belly bloating and like a brewing factory is going on in there, I feel sweaty, mild and uncomfortable tummy pain, weakness, lethargy and brain sluggishness, not to mention depression has set in since starting to drink my home made milk kefir. Why am I feeling so badly when I drink it? I had these symptoms before drinking the milk kefir, but no way as acute and as bad as this and all at once. This is over the top feeling sick almost like I am poisoning myself. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Please help I'm desperate. Thank you.

I noticed MegasporeBiotic is included in your probiotic trial list and while Those Bacillus strains seem to be tolerated well by most people if they ease into it (and helpful for a lot of people as well) , iv heard stories of people that have issues after taking Bacillus strains that become problematic to treat /solve , seemingly specifically tied to the spore based profile/nature of these probiotics . Do you not have any hesitancy allowing your patients to even try these as an option when seemingly less risky probiotics are so readily available . Basically you have like 20 different probiotic supplement-brands on your list you shared so I’m curious as to why you allow Bacillus/Spore based as an option for your patients when it’s not as well studied as many other bifido and lacto strains and can cause hard to deal with issues (albeit not very commonly/often from what I can tell), the ‘potentially hard to deal with or treat’ nature in dealing with these issues is what I’m more concerned about . Seems like these Bacillus strains can become very good at surviving and won’t be killed off easily if the need comes to do so . I know you have a video on soil/spore probiotics where you even mention the brand megasporebiotic but you were just addressing effectiveness and didn’t really talk about potential complications or dangers . Might make for a good video topic as probiotics are of high interest for alot of people and the bifido/ lacto strains VS Bacillus strains is still a topic alot of people are interested in imo. I’m not a scientist nor do I know nearly as much as many people including you when it comes to this stuff so I could just be off base here but I’d love to hear your thoughts on this subject.

@@Melina-ld6oq Well I don't know what you are dealing with exactly so I'm guessing everyone's treatment should differ to some degree! I was using the antimicrobials to treat an ongoing SIBO infection which i had for around 6 months, after loads of research the list above was my go to protocol to get rid of the SIBO infection. Unfortunately for me I had Leaky Gut at the time which meant that antimicrobials that I were taking where just slaughtering the microbes in my small intestine and the endo toxins released from the microbes upon death just leaked in large amount's through my leaky gut straight into my bloodstream which I would then experience and horrific herxheimer reaction (flu) 4 days completely wiped out with high fever! So it proof that's its doing its job, however I really would not recommend going in hard with antimicrobial especially if you have leaky gut! I've never experienced anything like a Die Off Reaction! they are roofless! You will have to find the right dose for you, but as for the antimicrobials I used they were 100 percent on point and effective, its best to use a comprehensive and wide variety of antimicrobials for it to be most effective. Hopefully this helps your question.

FC Cidal + Dysbiocide, cucumin, oil of oregano and oil of clove. herx started about 7 days into protocol with mood changes/malaise, then significantly intensified with severe neck pain/stiffness on day 13. I had upped the dosage of Oil of Oregano + Clove from 3 or 4 drops twice a day to six drops of each twice a day. The next morning is when I woke up with the neck pain and stiffness (a symptom that I had in the past but not as of the last several years) I don't know specifically what I am treating aside from complex symptoms that resemble autoimmune, lyme, sibo, etc. I read Super Gut by Dr. William Davis and started his anti-SIBO + anti SIFO protocol with the intention to introduce his probiotic loaded yogurts. I am on day 3 of the intensified herx, and no relief after introducing activated charcoal. I had also changed my diet on Day 1, so I kind of changed everything all at once.

@@TheEmmaGleeson Honestly, I have no idea 😂 but I just powered through. Not sure if I should be addressing any unexplored masochism but I'm pretty sure it worked after the herx (or however best to describe that unpleasant stretch) subsided. I'm generally a skeptic when medical "public figures" are monetizing their protocols/solutions but I have to say, it worked for me. I have been continuing with the SIBO yogurt as a regular part of my diet. I had very vague, chronic symptoms resembling a lot of the autoimmune/lyme symptoms many describe and they persisted for years, often debilitating and I'm sure stress and a genetic predisposition to anxiety exacerbated much of it, and who knows what's still lurking but I can honestly say that (my n=1) the SIBO protocol cleared up many of my physical symptoms, despite the unpleasant herx set back! Not sure what's ailing ya but happy to share what helped me (and what didn't).

Sooo many docs don’t understand this. I think it should almost be mandatory give your patient a binder. I figured this out on my own the hard way (2 years later) and now feel like my symptoms are getting under control but no doctor ever offered it even after seeing my high LPS levels. 🫤😵‍💫
