I had a Yanmar APU on my OTR Kenworth, 2 cylinder, had 26,000 hrs on it, still ran like a top... When Sold. Serviced every 500 hrs. sweet Cart

Those yanmar’s are indestructible. If you see a reefer truck it probably has one running the cooling unit. We had deere f1145’s at my old work. They would always run. Had one get sooooo hot, the crank case vapors caught fire! It melted the vent on the valve cover , deformed the fuel filter housing. It melted damned near every seal out of the engine. The thing still ran like a champ! If you give one of those engines fuel, and spin it, it will run.

If you lift it and add bigger tires, it’ll run a bit tamer at low speeds and pick up a bunch at top end. I’ll be looking for a lil yanmar soon, I blew up a 625 gasser in my cart already, got a fresh one to install once things get a little less hectic round here. 👍🏻

how is the steering when you get the speed that fast ok ?? would the cart hold up to a turbo ? working on building a 6 wheeler .. back half a old john deere gator was a 5 wheeler took front half of a atv frame ,, it will drive with a snowmobile engine tranny is just forward and reverse don't think it's built for speed going to make a dump box for the back of it ,,then build a cab .wan't to plow snow in the winter it gets below 0 deg f ,, too cold for me . hope for more videos of what your doing ,,
