Great video! I wish you all the best that those batteries are worth the premium price and last for years. Arizona summers are notorious for killing batteries. I've tried Optima, Duralast, Super Start and just replaced both of my 2001 F250 batteries with Interstate group 65 from Costco. Only 850 CCA but for $109 each it was hard to pass up. Wet, Agm, gel... They have all failed me within 2 to 3 years (usually just outside of the free replacement warranty coverage) even with using a maintainer. The battery in the trunk of my 2020 camry hybrid that was replaced the day I bought the car new failed after 2 years almost to the day.

I have a 22 f250 7.3 with 50,000 miles the factory battery started stinking my cab up, found out it was leaking and quit holding a charge,just installed a duralast AGM battery with a 3 year warranty

Hey, how are you doing brother you forgot to disconnect the other battery they connect with the cables so you need to check individual batteries to check the life and each one. Thank you have a great day.

Oh man, good catch! You're right, ideally disconnect terminals to get the full individual battery health state.

What’s up Justin, great job! Thank you for the knowledge. Are you thinking about a coolant filtration kit? (Riffraff or Sinister Diesel) Also do you have any gauges (Glowshift etc)?

Thanks! I haven't looked into a coolant filtration kit yet, but I'll do some research and see if it is worth adding. I do have a few gauges, I went with old school analog Autometer gauges that match the dash lighting. Basically the stuff below. @@TheBTRGarage hey Justin, diesel site offers a replacement water pump with a coolant filter. I have been thinking about it myself, its more pricy compared to the other coolant filter kits however you also get a new water pump so I think not only would it make very interesting content because I have not seen any other reviews on it, it could also be a water pump replacement tutorial. Just thought I in the would let you know because its kind of unrecognized in the 7.3 community

@@nicholasmaguire7468 ahh, those ones do come with the cable kit. I think earlier on I showed the non-locking version of them by mistake. No need to source anything extra.
