I was 86 in june 2021 and by December 2021 I lost 23 kgs by exercising 40 mins evryday and quitting maida,sweets and of course bahar k junk foods...week m ek din cheat meal lo...apni pasand ka koi ek khana ...and since dec 2021 I've maintained the 63kg weight....baat itni h ..agar 4-5 months dedicated rahe then life change ho jayegi....

Basically, our point is to loose Weight but here we are missing the point that is, the quicker you loose weight the quicker it will bounce back . The most staple food for Indians are Rice and Roti. And not everyone can afford to invest that much cost which this zero carb diet asks for. Instead you should aim to eat 100 to 120 g carbs daily in a fat loss diet ( Note - I am saying about high calorie carbs such as Roti and Rice ) . Walk for 1.5 hour daily and if possible you can split that into 2 parts i.e 45 mints in morning followed by 45 mints in evening. Let suppose you eat 1800 cal, then you are also burning 600 cal daily by walking. And this is how you will have a deficit of 500 cal/day easily and in the end of the month you will have already burn 15000 cal which means : - 15000/7700 ( 1 kg of body fat ) = 1.94 kilos And that's how you can easily loose 20 kgs in 10 months without going in starvation mode. Don't cut carbs just reduce the portion size. 2-3 rotis in each meal . But you have to completely Potato as they are small in size but very high in carb. Eat curd, all fruits ( 2 banana max. ) . For fibers you can add Esaab bhusi which helps in digestion and along with easy bowel moments . Drink 3 l of water everyday, you can go for 4 L also if possible and that is how you can loose weight easily. I am not saying that Doctor sir is wrong but i am saying that being a middle class citizen one can't afford to satisfy his hunger from this diet. If you are earning well then go for it. 😀🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Hope you will find this helpful 🤞

सब्जियों को सामान्य मात्रा के पानी में कम ही पकाना चाहिए ना की तेल में फ्राई करें तभी उसका सही स्वाद और पोषण मिलता है। टमाटर को कच्चा खाने के भी बहुत लाभ है।

@@ektachoudhary7451 खाना उतना ही खाओ. But exercise से 400-500 calories loose kare. या फिर खाना थोड़ा कम खा सके तो, रात को खाना आधा खाओ, क्योंकि रात को खाने की उतनी ज्यादा ज़रूरत नहीं, क्योंकि बाद में सो जाते हैं, कोई काम नहीं करते तो... Calories fat मे convert होगा.

I was 83-84 kg in Feb 22. Started Yoga, exercise and normal walking. Avoided snackings and overeating. Now i am 74-75 kg despite maintaing my normal diet. Waist and stomach size reduced by 4 inch.

Kuchh mt chhodo sab kuchh khao....bas thoda khao...aap roz jitna khaate ho use dheere dheere km krdo...ek chhoti katori chawal lo or usme usse do guni daal mix karo or khalo pet full rahega aadha din...isi tarha raat ka khana khao ek roti or katori bhar k sabzi..ya daal ..or dheere dheere aap patle hote jaoge....mene apna wazan aise hi km kiya he ...or me subha me chai bhi peeti hu....

ये तो संभव नहीं है कि अनाज का सेवन पूर्णतः बंद कर दिया जाए,क्योंकि उसका विकल्प बहुत महंगा पड़ेगा, हां इतना अवश्य है कि नियमित व्यायाम और योग क्रिया से वजन पर बड़े आराम से काबू पाया जा सकता है।

मैं इस बात से agree नहीं हूं,,मेरे फ्रेंड का वजन 83kg tha,,bina डाइटिंग ओर नोर्मल खाना खाते हुए भी उसने वजन काम किया ,,अब वो 73kg ka h,, आप daily thoda sa running krke or exercise krke vajan kam kr skte ho,,bina gym join kiye।।

डॉक्टर साहब मेरा नाम सुनीता शर्मा है मेरी आयु 60 वर्ष है ब्लड टेस्ट कराने के बाद में TSH 12 आया है अभी तक में 88 ग्राम वाली दवाई ले रही थी। इससे 3 महीने पहले TSH 8 आया था तब से अभी तक 88 ग्राम वाली दवाई ले रही, अब जबकि टी एस एच 12 आया है तो कृपया मुझे बताएं कि अब मुझे कितने ग्राम वाली दवाई लेनी चाहिए

No need to leave anaaj (Grains) if you don’t want to as you need nutrients as well. Just say no to fried food (refined oils) and refined sugar & 4 kilometres of walk 5 times in a week. Refined foods create inflammation. Have a break of 14-15 hours between your dinner & breakfast (if that suits and doesn’t cause acidity) next day. Don’t need to do anything else. See the difference in 8 weeks. Increase the amount of vegetables in your meals.

@@pokeman86 tej chaal chaliye +35 minutes ek baar me bina ruke, oil ghee ka use pahle se 1/4 kar lijiye.. fatty items bhi band kijiye cake biscuits vagairah.. mai to aise hi weight kam kiya..

@@kiranpatel1108 I eat 3 Pcs of roti, rice and dal as a normal diet only in breakfast and dinner I use salad, even my colleague has also reduce 11 Kg weight in 2 month, if you have time then do bhastita, kapalbhati and anulom vilom atleast 15 minutes then you will see the immediate results

ज्यादा फलों का सेवन कफ की मात्रा बढ़ा देता है और वैसे भी फलों में भी fructose होती है जो इन्सुलिन बनाती है, इसलिए फल भी avoid करने आवश्यक हैं , योग कीजिए प्राणायाम कीजिए ,जल्दी सोएं जल्दी उठें ,अच्छा सात्विक आहार लें ,उपवास भी रखें , सब कुछ अच्छा हो जायेगा , धैर्य ही दवा है। ❤️❤️

Jaisa ki aap bolta ho No rice no roti etc only for salad, 🥗 fruits, vegetables sup Maine kuch din try kiya hai sir I lost 3 kg Under 10 days. And thanks sir ji. I didn't avoid these foods though I have lost 15 kgs in two months. So, don't follow these stupid diet. But yes, I reduced the quantity of rice and rooti. My routine; 8am= breakfast(rooti/muri, salad),, 1pm= workout(cardio, skipping etc.),, 3pm= 1 cup rice and lots of vegetables,, 8pm= 2/3 rooti...
