great video. I have a 2023 with the black arms and hood. The 24’s come with auxiliary hydraulics. I’m hoping they have better drive control also. The 23’s are death machines and I’ve found the issue to be the pilot control valve. It’s not metered properly, forgive me if I’m not using the right words. I am trying to find a PCV (pilot control valve) that will fix this problem. The valve (plungers) don’t open or close at the same rate which makes the unit awful to operate. Sorry for being all over the place with my comment, you should see what it’s like in my head.

Yeah that is a big downfall. I’m working on something and will share it once I have it done. It may take me a while as I’m busy in the shop.

My buddy just got one of these a 2023 model. Does yours have a blue valve under the front cover that says LRV with a plus and minus. What's that for?

Hi I just bought one of these at an Auction. It’s jumpy AF. Mine has 2 joysticks, one for the track motors and one for the bucket functions. Is this kit replacing the track joystick?

Yeah this kit is made specifically for the 2023 ones that has joystick for tracks on left and joysticks for bucket and arm on right

Good video man. What’s a decent price for these units. I know a guy selling one for $7,000. Thinking about getting it for my landscape company but I want a grapple and an auger so I’m worried that the 2023 model wouldn’t be a good fit with no aux hydraulics. Do you know if the newer ones have aux?

Not hard to add accessory hydraulics. Even on the older machine. I'm picking one up in a month. Cash is a little tight right now. Spend about 20k so far this year. When I do I'll make a video of it.

I sold mine but loved the build and strength of the unit. It was uncontrollable and had no AUX controls. Will you make a kit for AUX controls? I'd buy another if these kits were available.

I am in the middle of this conversion. This does not work for every unit. My year looks almost the same but has different plumbing, exhaust, and some other small differences.

Yeah I can send you some. It looks to be just a bit different. Your unit, which I find a lot matching yours online, has a black cover and the bucket arms are painted black as well. Which you can use to see the slight difference in them? @@burgingarage

@@Paul79055Yeah I figured out how to do the direct drive. I also added a second Power and Tank line. If you do this mod and only use one 3/8ths line to the double spool valve then the unit is slower.
