I notice most people put “power disconnect” switches rather than “battery disconnect” on the ground side, That would cut power from the positive cable entirely.

What a strange table. I love it! Did you build it yourself? I love how you can side-load it super easy with the way it's built. Never seen a table that's meant to be up against a wall like that before. Really innovative.

Nice simple tutorial. 2 things: those are called shackles, not brackets. Also if you use Sheetcam (yes it's extra software to purchase but it's not very expensive), it will do the kerf measurements for you. Its G-Code generator is also the most reliable generator I've ever used.

My JD 25 command, aluminum intake still, had a problem with it. Start getting into thick brush and instead of just giving itself a little too compensate, it floors itself which RPMs shoot up for a sec, then let's off, still under load so it shoots back up 🤦🏻♂️. Back and forth the whole time I'm in tall grass but under little load it's fine

What was the engine doing when the gov pin fell out? I have the same issue as others mentioned below. I've set the gov numerous times per the service manual. It will start and idle but if I get to half throttle the rpms will take off too high. Decreasing the throttle brings it back down but it will never settle at higher RPM. I'm starting to think something internal but would like to hear more before ripping motor out. Thanks

Good video man. What’s a decent price for these units. I know a guy selling one for $7,000. Thinking about getting it for my landscape company but I want a grapple and an auger so I’m worried that the 2023 model wouldn’t be a good fit with no aux hydraulics. Do you know if the newer ones have aux?

Not hard to add accessory hydraulics. Even on the older machine. I'm picking one up in a month. Cash is a little tight right now. Spend about 20k so far this year. When I do I'll make a video of it.

great video. I have a 2023 with the black arms and hood. The 24’s come with auxiliary hydraulics. I’m hoping they have better drive control also. The 23’s are death machines and I’ve found the issue to be the pilot control valve. It’s not metered properly, forgive me if I’m not using the right words. I am trying to find a PCV (pilot control valve) that will fix this problem. The valve (plungers) don’t open or close at the same rate which makes the unit awful to operate. Sorry for being all over the place with my comment, you should see what it’s like in my head.

I am in the middle of this conversion. This does not work for every unit. My year looks almost the same but has different plumbing, exhaust, and some other small differences.
Yeah I can send you some. It looks to be just a bit different. Your unit, which I find a lot matching yours online, has a black cover and the bucket arms are painted black as well. Which you can use to see the slight difference in them? @@burgingarage

@@Paul79055Yeah I figured out how to do the direct drive. I also added a second Power and Tank line. If you do this mod and only use one 3/8ths line to the double spool valve then the unit is slower.
