The programme has been spearheaded by the WFP Innovation Accelerator and the Smart Development Fund (#SDF), in collaboration with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and the European Union (EU).
