The PETEME Smart LED Bulbs are not designed to work with standard dimmer switches. They are compatible with WiFi dimmer switches that can be controlled through the PETEME app or through voice commands using Alexa or Google Home. I would recommend checking the product documentation or contacting PETEME support for recommendations on compatible dimmer switches. cnl

You'd have to specify the time

2.4 GHz is your wifi network settings. Usually a 5ghz network will have a 5 in the name... Usually not always. So if your on a 5ghz network, disconnect and sign back onto hopefully the exact same network name without a 5 in it... If not you will have to consult with your routers manual to figure out what needs to be done.

How do I switch

I'm not sure why Alexa isn't cooperating. If your router doesn't broadcast Wi-Fi networks in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands that could be your problem there. Some do and some don't :/ I wish I could be more help. Thanks for the watch though! ~B

This product does not use/require a hub so I don't think what your asking is possible. You should ask that question on the Amazon product page and they would be able to respond for you!

You has to set them each up individually and then you can group them together after setup for full-control!

Too small? This is just a standard light bulb so if you ceiling fan current fits regular bulbs this will work as well! Just pay attention to your fans light bulb base... some are candelabra bulbs that are smaller in size!

So go into the mobile app and create a new group and add all 3 of your lights to that group and now you can control all of them at the same time!

Yes, you can use voice control to operate multiple PETEME Smart LED bulbs simultaneously with a single command, provided they are connected to the same WiFi network and you have set them up in the same group using the PETEME app. You can also control the bulbs individually if needed. cnl

Peteme smart Light bulbs works with Alexa, Echo, Google Home Assistant and Siri. Don't think it'll work with HomeKit ~B

No range issues. Will depend on your router. Never tested how far but as along as you have wifi signal you should be good to go around your house!

Sorry you are having so many issues! Some common fixes: --- Make sure you are on 2.4ghz wifi network --- Switch phones/devices for setup --- Switch to opposite OS (if possible) try iOS instead of Android or vice versa --- Try to connect in AP Mode in the App Best of luck to ya and let us know if you have any success or what other smart bulbs you decide to buy :)

You can't. You need 2.4ghz network. Typically most routers are dual band so consult with your manual and see if yours is!
