One mother and father however managed to get their two year old son to the rescuepersonal. But they didn't make it themseves.. I think that when Dimash did this concert he still did not know Igor Krutoy and this song was written by a Chinese composer. She talks about the last sacrifice of parents to save their baby. They died in a cable car accident, but before they did they saved their baby. The composer adopted the boy and wrote this song to commemorate her act of self-sacrificing parental love.

This song was the very first Chinese song Dimash heard when he was 10 yrs old. He was very moved by the lyrics written and composed by Han Hong, a famous Chinese songwriter and composer. Dimash chose this song to sing in the Singer competition in 2017 but had lost his voice and had to have steroid shots to get the swelling down in order to sing this song. He did a beautiful job but not as energetic as he sang it at his Bastau concert. There was a cable car accident with too many people which caused it to fall into a gorge below and killed many. A young couple with a 2 yr old lifted the child above their heads while the car fell and were killed on impact. The child survived. Han Hong was so moved by the story of the couple's sacrifice, she wrote Daybreak as the story told from the viewpoint of the child and then adopted the child. Dimash sings this song with his heart and soul with all the pathos and anguish of the child telling the story of the accident and remembering his parents. Made me cry the first time I heard it and I didn't even know the backstory at the time. If you click on the CC button, you can read the lyrics as he sings the song. Dimash himself is always actively involved in the arrangement of his songs with Erlan Bekchurin who is his friend and collaborator of many years. Erlan is pretty much involved with everything Dimash does.

I was sixteen years old when I became a nun. I was sent to Darfur, I had been there for almost a year when I got a letter from my mom, inside of it had another letter, when I opened it up two tickets fell on the ground, I picked them up,..when I saw that they were tickets for Queen,an involuntary scream came out me, thankfully I got the time off and I went to the concert. Queen was my first concert, just one of two concerts I was blessed to see, it was the best concert that I ever saw, until ..... I went to see Dimash at the Barclay Center in New York City, 2019 this arena has about twenty thousand seats they were all taken, plus there were people standing everywhere, in every empty space, it was sold out, this concert sold out in just a few minutes. I have been to a few incredible concerts, his concert was just "WOW AND WOW" there were waves of electricity throughout the entire stadium, When Dimash sang, his presence and performance was so powerful, the stadium holding about twenty thousand people just stopped talking along with anything else we might have been doing The only sound in the Barclay Center was Dimash,his band and his back up singers, All of our focus was on Dimash, he was just phenomenal,I never saw anything like this, it was unbelievable. All of a sudden I felt this zap throughout my entire body and into my soul, sort of like the zap or shock you get from static, this happened every few minutes all night long, it was so strange, I never felt anything like this before nor after his concert. I really hope that you will get a chance to see Dimashs live concert because it will be one of the best experiences if not the best one in your life. Please stay safe and take care.

La historia de la cancion es muy conmovedora. El 3 de octubre de 1999, en China, una pareja y su hijo de dos años y medio, montaron en un Teleferico para visitar una bella montaña. Ese dia, el teleferico iba sobracargado, de 12 pasajeros que debia trasladar, montaron 36. Al regreso del viaje, el teleferico se comenzo a zarandearse y se precipito por la ladera de la montaña. Estos padres sostuvieron en alto a su hijo y antes de caer, lo lanzaron lejos para que no quedara atrapado entre los restos del teleferico. Ellos dos murieron junto con 12 personas mas, pero su hijo se salvo y fue trasladado a un orfanato. La cantante y compositora China Han Hong, conocio la historia, escribio la cancion, y ese mismo año, fue al orfanato y adopto al niño. Dimash oyo la cancion por primera vez a la edad de 10 años y quedo muy conmovido. En el Concurso The Singer en el 2017, que se celebra en China y al que fue invitado, él canto por primera vez esa cancion

Dimash said in an interview that he was ten when he first heard this song, and was reduced to tears. I can't imagine hearing this story at that age - a child's greatest fear. Dimash has a lot to do with the arrangement. Watching behind the scenes of “the singer” that blew him into global stardom he was unhappy with the arrangement of the infamous song “sos” he redid it. As for this performance. There are interesting things about this song. First, it’s a true story about a child saved by his parents. Dimash takes on the role as the boy. His belts are the cries. The other reason is it was performed by dimash on the show, but he lost his voice prior to the performance. He plowed through it anyway. His performance has the backstory to the song. This song is about an actual event and it is extremely moving and heartbreaking. I couldn't tell if you had your subtitles on if not you really should read the lyrics to this song and it will give it much more meaning and of course he sang it with all the appropriate emotion.
