Dimash Qudaibergen (Di-MOSH KOO-die-ber-Gen) is a phenomenon and is a decorated national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. Dimash is one of the best, if not the best, singers on the planet today. He started singing lessons at 5 years old and was later found to have perfect pitch. Dimash has been on stage since childhood: he sang and played the piano at various venues and competitions throughout his childhood. The young artist was not only a bright performer of famous hits, but also the author of his own songs. He had written seven songs by the age of 24. Kudaibergen sings in multiple musical genres. Dimash is from Kazakhstan but speaks and sings in multiple languages. This song, "S.O.S" is part of a very popular french play. A French reactor said everyone from school age on knows it by heart. The lyrics say that he feels out of place, like he doesn't have his feet on the ground, like his life is a comic book. He would like to be a bird and see things from above. The song is one of the saddest songs I’ve ever heard. I saw your emotion and saw how Dimash was able to give you some of the transference of saddens from it. You asked if he was an opera singer. This song sos had at least 4 genres in it. They call it popopera. Dimash has between 7 and 8 octaves. Because of that range nobody need ask what his genre is because he can and does every genre he wants to including heavy metal. Rap. Opera, rock, symphonic metal, traditional from his country which his goal is to mix that with pop. There’s so many good things from this one person that it takes a long time to find out about him. Try Ikanaide which he sang for the Japanese Jazz Festival from a studio due to covid restrictions. It is so stunningly beautiful that you will be speechless.
