Dimash is always very active on stage, he falls to his knees, jumps from a height, dances, flirts with the audience, sings lying down, with babies in his arms, according to everyone and not a single note spoils. I understand your skepticism, it is very difficult to believe it, but Dimash is not everyone, he is unique and one of a kind

I've just been rewatching that piece from Antalya where he sang I love you too in a perfect scale while jogging across the stage. Although it's a very cute moment it's yet another indicator that he can sing perfectly in any way he chooses to.

This song is an original written and composed specifically for Dimash to debut at this performance. The vocal fry here is an artistic choice. He has sung these notes without vocal fry in other performances. The Kobyz (Co-biz), or Kylkobyz, is an ancient Turkic bowed string instrument popular among Kazakhs, Karakalpaks, Bashkirs, and Tatars. Its Kyrgyz variant is known as the Kyl-Kyyak. The Qobyz features two strings made of horsehair and a resonating cavity typically covered with goat leather. Igor Krutoy is more than just "the pianist"; he is a renowned Russian composer, songwriter, singer, and arranger with a decades-long career. After hearing Dimash sing, Krutoy chose to come out of retirement specifically to collaborate with him. Since then, he has composed, written, and occasionally rearranged his earlier music for Dimash to perform. Together, they form one of the most influential musical partnerships of our time.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Fourteen(14) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. But there is a difference when he falls to his knees - as he finishes the note he gets slightly louder. I'm not sure about this, but the pitch may even go up very, very slightly, along with the volume swell. This definitely happens as he drops to his knees. Then of course he drops the note off slightly at the end. To clarify a little, the difference I am talking about is not one of those "hiccups" that you get unintentionally when you move around too much while singing. The little volume swell and then drop off is absolutely intentional, Dimash actually uses the movement of falling to his knees to get the desired effect to finish the note! Just as he might throw his arms up while hitting a hi note, as in Ave Maria. As people always say, he sings with his whole body. (and soul!)

Dimash is not only the best singer & performer in the Universe but when watching him you can see a painting & sculpture - I bet with you pause any Dimash video at any moment in time & you will understand - Moreover Dimash has upgraded the rules & regulations of opera singing by belting with his fossetto - Dimash is like an ocean or planet universe as much as you dig as much as you discover - Nothing is spontaneous everything is well study - He is a perfectionist - also the music is always linked to the lyrics - I need a week to talk about what I was able to discover in Dimash world. Beautiful reaction - Thank you xxx

Dimash is one of the few people that can jump, run, etc while singing and you won't hear any difference. Watch his live version (not the movie vid) of his one sky, especially at end. It is totally live and he is jumping at the end while singing (he's very emotional about war and it shows) and it's amazing. A lot of reactioners have commented that they are so amazed at that. Another one that shows his range is Adagio from The Singer competition from 2017. He falls to his knees a lot while singing. He's very emotional on songs and it's his thing, which we all absolutely love

Stranger is an epic song with touches of medieval, Gregorian and even a march together. I love Dimash’s different voice textures specially the Middle East vibes in those riffs and runs 🎤❤️🔝🎼👏👏 Igor Krutoy said “It was Dimash’s talent that inspired me to write this song, his immense vocal abilities and his desire to sing for a large international audience. Franky, I don’t see anyone else who could perform this piece in such a way” The gentleman playing the Kobyz is master Olzhas Qurmanbeck, the best player in Kazakhstan 🎻🔝 The Kobyz is the first stringed instrument ever. Kobyz is an ancient tool of the Kazakh people. It was used in ancient times by steppe shamans-healers for various rites. Kobyzy is made from a single piece of wood. This is one of the oldest ways of making musical instruments in the history of mankind. It is not due to technical backwardness or the lack of metal devices. According to the ancient beliefs of many people, only in a single piece will the living singing soul of the tree remain, which will sound in the instrument. The open body and strings of the kobyz from a bunch of 30-60 untwisted horse hair give a very thick, overtone-rich timbre. 🔝🔝

❤This performance is part of 3 "original" trilogy songs of Dimash's vision with the amazing help o "Igor Krutoy" ←-whom is a brilliant Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer and musical promoter who has personal wealth in the billions who notably is introduced normally first with Dimash. The 2 of them met each other and now "Dimash" along with others but mainly Igor help to promote his vision. The trilogy consists of starting with this song then following it up with "Fly away" then completing the rebirth with the song "Ave Maria" A devoted fan named Valya Todorova wrote out the following and it is so interesting to learn what Dimash is thinking and performing. I don't want you to be confused about the meaning of this song. It took us, his fans, a long time to decode his message. ''Stranger'' is a rebirth. Reincarnation. Celebrating the coming of new life. ''Stranger'' is the first masterpiece of the Dimash's trilogy. It symbolizes rebirth. 🎂This performance is full of symbols. Everything - the music, his voice, his movements, lyrics, the whole staging, the lights, the slowly moving light circle behind Dimash at the very beginning, absolutely everything you see and hear symbolizes the whole birth process, from the beginning to the end. At the beginning 9 man and 9 women carry candles /the small light of life/. They hide Dimash. The spinning orb of light behind him in the background shows the deep space from where our souls arrive. The crazy melisma and high notes in the middle of the song symbolizes mother's pain. At the moment he was born, the candles go out, and the stage goes on fire. His fist punch and coming to the front of the stage means he was born. His longest note at the end shows his very first breath, which means I've ARRIVED. The second one - "Fly Away", is our life path, the matrix in which we live. The spinning globe at the background, all the time, shows the scale of this matrix. Once again, everything in this performance is full of symbols - the creepy zombies at the beginning, the dancers movements, Dimash's movements, the lyrics... Everything evokes the feeling of rebellion. Dimash fights with this matrix, and he desperately wishes to escape it. He is the only one who refuses to dance that matrix dance. The Matrix tries to seduce him, but he fights the temptation and wants to fly away to find his own way. He finally manages to escape and witnesses the death of everyone left in it. Which leads into the final song of HIS trilogy called "Ave Maria". That's our soul's flight to the heavens. Dimash even graces us with Bel Canto ending Dimash is a very deep and wise soul. His songs are always very meaningful and the messages he sends to people are extremely strong. Not only his voice, the lyrics and his body movements paint the picture of the message, but the stage setting and atmosphere are also part of a complete performance. An absolutely mind-blowing, stunning masterpiece. A brain that is always moving forward with a strong drive and heart that is considered an old soul. Phenomenal Dimash & Igor made a truly stellar trilogy 🎶🌹🤩💗

The dark round sound is because of his operatic training. He mixes opera and contemporary style. He has huge studies to both styles. Not whistle register again. The wider the vocal range, the higher the whistle register starts. And not falsetto as well. If you listen to the consistency and strength of his vibrato you can tell it's head voice. He practices while on treadmill so his voice doesn't break while jumping. The key is practice. Not theory, because he breaks the law of singing. Thanks for your reaction. 😍

Cómo no amarlo?

Dimash's fans give him kneepads as gifts because he falls onto his knees a lot during live performances. He's doing it less now that he's getting older but if you watch videos of him from before 2019 you'll see why he's able to do it without fluctuating his voice. If you want to hear him using staccato you should check out his performance of "The Diva Dance" from the film The 5th Element. His Bastau concert version is the one I recommend most because it stays true to the original. It's very short so you could combine that reaction with the "Drunken Concubine/Diva Dance" duet he sings with another famous Chinese artist. In that one he hits an F7 with vibrato that literally sounds like a whistle you'd hear at a sporting event. You have so many fun surprises waiting when it comes to Dimash.

Thanks for your reaction. About Dimash ability to maintain a not when jumping on his knees, he did it during the Singer competition in China (Adagio), proving that he already mastered this technique 5y before Stranger, because the context - a singers competition - prohibited any pre-recording or manipulation. And Dimash does it very often, so we know that his voice remains stable in such circumstances, thanks to his total control on it, justifying the fact that he is considered by many vocal coaches as the best singer of our era. And to this insane vocal talent, there are his stage presence, his ability to convey powerful emotions, his extraordinary personality, and so, so more: an absolute genius.

From what I can understand, and I’m by no means a professional in any area of music, the whistle register begins with the sixth octave. That final note he held for an absurdly long time has been gauged as an F#5, so to me that’s nearly the top of someone’s mix register. Once you enter the sixth octave, the pitch is astonishingly high and the sound goes incredibly thin, and you’re in whistle. But, that is just what I’ve concluded based on my own observations.

Yes, this is definitely a good live performance from Dimash but he's got a lot more than just this and in various styles of music... You'll probably enjoy Adagio, but the Singer performance, it's arguably his most visceral and emotional performance EVER... Cheers from Portugal 😉👍🏾🇵🇹

The high notes in this song is not yet in his whistle range. His actual whistle range can go as high as D8, he does it live while performing "Unforgettable Day."

He probably trained a lot to fall on his knees on some of his songs. You can see that in many of his performances. In 2017, a dear gifted him knee pads. I don't think he wore them on stage though. Although he certainly got one or two bruises😂. He also does it at his live concerts if you want to watch for example this Almaty concert, part 3, minute 17.30 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j7ZhpZyo0dHReIk.html He is so awesome, isn’t he? Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. I’m a real fan of movies that have such a mystical or oriental atmosphere. And it was such a great idea by Dimash to use the Kobysz for that. The kobyz is a very old Kazakh folk instrument and it’s spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the kobyz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. You often can hear this instrument when Dimash sings in his native tongue like Samaltau, Qairan Elim or Òmir Òter. He sang Stranger for the first time at New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international competition for young artists, founded in 2002 by Igor Krutoy. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy, like so many other masterpieces, wrote this song specifically for Dimash and his incredible vocal range (in this song alone he sings 5 octaves F1-F6 I think). And the last note he held for 20 seconds. The way he switchs so affortlessly between the different registers and octaves in one song is so mesmerizing and unbelievable. Igor Krutoy (the gentleman on the piano) is a famous Russian-Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter. He came out of retirement specifically to work with Dimash when he first heard him. True masterpieces were created. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range (no kidding), like Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You'll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It's more of a father-son relationship. Next please react to Olimpico from his Arnau concert in 2019. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺. I swear it is mind-blowing 🤯 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mtGAhpmlnZrVl2g.html Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️🎉

You can bet and win that the fall has been practiced. He has done this other times. If you listen, you can hear him add just a bit of emphasis as he goes down so that his notes stay the same.

In this song don't have a whistle , only super high head voice . For Dimash a whistle register begins in 7th octave , and finish to D8 ( from what we have heard in Dimash's performances ) . If you want to hear Dimash's whistle register try " Diva Dance and Drunken Concubine " ( duet with Chinese opera singer ) , or " Unforgettable Day " from Gakku festival 2017 ( the D8 is there ) . A whistle sound is very different from a super head voice . Thank you for the awesome reaction and analysis . With love from Bulgaria ❤❤❤

Yes! Dimash's super head voice is so high and powerful that many vocalists and voice coaches mistakenly think it is whistle register. Then when you hear his real whistle, you understand the difference! 👋☺️👍

It’s actually not his whistle range, it’s his high soprano. His whistle range actually sounds like a whistle. D8. Like a bus conductors whistle😂

The story of one sky. El Mv es una obra maestra audiovisual, musical y vocal. El potencial interpretativo y vocal de Dimash en esta composición es de un virtuosismo inigualable.

THANKS for your reactions to Dimash!!!!……With beautiful chords from the “KOBYZ” (a two-string Kazakh instrument), Dimash give us a high level of mastery and perfection of his voice. He runs through 5 octaves (C2-F6) soft, DEEP, high, modulations and beautiful melismas to finish on a sustained note of madness in 19.52 seconds (F#5)…..Saludos desde México ! 👏🏻❤️🇲🇽🇰🇿
