My ID.4 was damaged by me when my wet shoe which was slippery ruber sole slide off the break petal and lunched me into a large truck with a huge bumper moved off a parking lot into the grass and had minimal damage. VW has had this problem documented by owners who added 90 grit sandpaper to fix that problem. Should I sue VW or just see how State Farm handles a 40 year customer??

I had a 2020 jeep renegade with 12000 miles when it was hit in 2023 .Backing up a tow truck hit the front passenger side causing structural damage totaling 7000.00 in repairs and their insurance offered me a one off 1157.00 and i have an appraisal for 4700 in diminished value. They will not budge so i file a small claims case against the driver and the company. The company hired a lawyer .Im going in solo . Hope i can still win my case. I sold my jeep for 20,000 while it was worth 24,750 before the accident and after repaired got no offers even close. 20,000 was the most so that should prove I lost more than 1157.00 in value the insurance company claims I lost. you think? Not sure how that works.

Horrible video. Why would you make a video and not have the guy explain each element he looks at to calculate a diminished value claim. Waste of time watching this video.
