Only joking folks!! Really it was more like Skunk flavoured as that larrikin had been sitting on the packet. Another great day in the Aussie bush, chasing wild dogs with a silly ol' grin on my face.

Minnesota Rancher. The kiwi gate reminded me of once in my younger days, I was working on a ranch in Idaho along with a guy that played music at bars on the weekends. I was fool enough to ride along with him. Lots of shits and giggles and sleep deprivation. We would eat breakfast in town after his set, get to bed at 4 am, then get up at 6 and go to work. Once after two nights of this, we were riding our horses through a paddock, came to a wire gate, I got off and opened and closed the gate, got back on my horse, then we looked at each other and broke out laughing. We realized how rum dumby we were because we foegot to go through the gate!

Yep, best horses, prettiest women, longest shots, biggest bucks, toughest fights and worst gate encounters are all in the bottom section of a rum bottle

The gates in NZ closest to these is called a Taranaki gate and in the start the gate post used to rest in a buried in green wine bottles concave bottom google to see what i mean Lol

Hi Clark back in the 70s I use to see those black and tan dogs up in the New England Ranges around Stanthorpe and I have seen them up on Cunninghams Gap when the Pademelons came out to feed on the roadside at night.

At 1:50, in the 50s and 60s, those gates were known as kangaroo gates. I've never heard of them called anything else. Cheers

She's sure a beauty!! Curious on the dingos -- what percentge of them do you find with the all dark color patterns? Are they genetically as "pure dingo" as the tan color dogs?
