I love how egoistic and cold blooded DIO looks in the outside, the hate inside him prevented him from ever being mature and he still dreams of rivers of chocolate and dwarves. When he's killed people before and is 123 years old.

The mature part is not true during his time underwater for 100 of years he matured a lot now he wants to make the world better for everyone while the just his ways are immoral while the part 1 Dio wanted to make the world better just for himself and proves he is the best of best which is also wanna be in part 3 too but he is a bit more mature and more smart and philosophical he is just over the top so it looks like he is childish and immature

What he basically said was that: Part 1 DIO was a egotistical, psychopath with an ego the size of the sun and wanted to rule the world. Part 3 Dio wanted to follow an idea known as “Heaven”, true heaven to him, is knowing your fate and every action and accepting it, and he wanted everyone to feel it. Of course, he still has a ego the size of the sun, was calmer to people but was still psychopath. Basically part 3 DIO is a more philosophical person with the same personality of part 1 DIO just toned down.

@@fluff6811 I mean, after she was converted, the human part of her that begged and wept for her child was gone imo. It was a pretty traumatizing scene for me because the instant DIO looked down on her, I knew exactly what he would do, and as soon as I closed my eyes, the silence after the baby's cry genuinely scarred me. I get that it probably didn't feel pain or anything, but their fear and instant death was kind of heartbreaking, especially seeing how it was a newborn child.
