Why are you shouting?

Some controller already a dedicated knob for that. My Denon DJ MC7000 does. Midi Mapping is kinda detailed for a 3 minute or less video, but I'll see what I can do. Thanks for watching.

I thought about this after I sent it. Amazing how that works. I have a dj sx2. In the newest version of VDJ there is an option to change the filter to key through a drop down right by the knob on the screen. That works for what I wanted.

They just added that on version 2020. I love being able to use the filter now as several effects.

If you go into the setting menu and highlight tab "Options" then in the search box type "cue" you will see different options for you the cue button and the hot cue buttons function. Almost everything in VDJ is customizable. Check the VDJ software manual there is a lot of great info there. www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/index.html

Are you talking about resetting all cue points on all songs at once?

@@immjyt Just the ones I messed up. I found some sort of 'bug' when I was creating cue points... After 5 or 6, I was suddenly on the last cue point that VDJ puts in when I "Analyze for BPM, etc". The labeling looked like what I just created, so I started deleting them while in the editor. When I went back in, I had deleted many of the originals. Doing the "Analyze" a second time didn't fix the issue. . I later found that when I run into the 'bug', I could just close and reopen the POI Editor, and everything would look like I thought it should. . I'm running a Dell G7 7588 (NVidia GTX 1060), with all the drivers updated, but it still could be driver issue. Now, I have some songs with the VDJ detected marks messed up. I can PM you, later, if you want to go further. I figure that if I can dink this up, someone else might!

If it is just a bunch of random songs that need fixed all you can do is fix them one by one. Analyzing the songs doesn't change the cue points, it only scans the file for where the downbeat should be, the track gain and stuff like that. If you put the cue point on a down beat marker that is not correct before the track scans where the down beat actually is that can make it look like it has changed it but scanning doesn't have anything to do with the cue points. Drivers also won't change anything about the cue points. The cue points and all the data are stored as part of your (database.xml) file. Full song data looks like this. Hope that helped. @@immjyt Nope... But, I do have an XML backup that might still have the queue points... Good call! You obviously haven't seen the issue I am seeing. Must to be unique to my environment, so off to the VDJ support team to seek a resolution! Having the cue points blow up like that, while editing them is frustrating. Thank you for suggestion.

@@jimlloyd1854 I'm having the same issue I'll have to seek out tech support, I'm loosing my cue points in some songs but not all of them
