Which soda do you miss the most?

I remember grabbing a dusty and warm 6-pack of Jolt cola from some seedy liquor store when I was 13 (1993) and staying up all night playing SNES and Genesis with my friend Paul. Stuff was like liquid crack.

It was half a century ago, but I still remember buying a bottle of Nehi Cream Blue

Mandarin Orange Slice. It's been like 30 years and I still occasionally think about it.

I deliver for Pepsi, we still have Vanilla Pepsi, it's just one of the flavors we don't get in very often

You can still get Mr. Pibb and Mr. Pibb extra in Wendy’s in my province in Canada

I know it's still out there somewhere, but RC Cola got tag teamed by Pepsi and Coke's marketing departments for a reason.

Jolt is the reason Cornholio from Beavis and Butthead exists. Probably one of the most iconic shows to feature Jolt Cola... and it didn't even get a mention. Edit for additional: Jolt was mentioned. Beavis & Butthead was not, nor was Cornholio.

7-UP Gold. Okay, yes, it took a couple to get it sorted out, but if you became a Gold fan, you truly mourn that weird shot of 7-up, maybe apple, maybe cinnmaon..and whatever it was, And ahhh, yes, Jolt, the cola that was the eye-opening, speed cola Breakfast back in the '80s day of every Ren Farie. (and we did)

I tried reading several comments and only saw 1 Mention of Tab I grew up drinking Tab. I loved it. It’s not in stores anymore. I loved it.

Classic Mr pibb will always be my number one favorite. I remember seeing the logo with the "put it in your head!" guy on the soda fountain at a Chuck E Cheeses, way back in the early, early 90s. I was so perplexed by the logo, having never seen a cartoon like that for a soda. I tried it then and there and I was hooked. I long for classic Mr Pibb again one day. The closest thing to it today would the soda called "Doc"... It's so good. Thankfully Cheerwine, my second favorite has been able to tide me over through the years.

Towne Club was a regional brand based in Detroit with returnable bottles and wood crates long before there was a battle return law.

I loved Lime Coke and the Pepsi with Jazz (caramel and strawberry flavors). The commercial went: You put the lime in the Coke you nut and then you feel better (parody of the Witch Doctor song)

Jolt Cola has a very special place in my heart of hearts. For you see, it practically got me through college, so I am forever indebted to those who gave me my hopeless caffeine addiction. No, seriously, I kid, I kid! The truth is that I loved the stiff, because I never would have almost graduated without it!

I remember Jolt Cola from my college days. Also New Coke, which I thought was overly syrupy. Bleh. I loved Diet Coke with Lime. You all forgot the mind trip that was Crystal Pepsi. You should do a video on regional favorite sodas like Cheerwine and Ale8.

I definitely miss Mr. Pibb, specifically the can art that had the little head character on it. I desperately want it back.

We had it good back in the day. I remember Vault, Surge and Mountain Dew Pitch Black. I always thought Surge was just a rebranded Vault but they were both really good. It's too bad those days are gone though because even the best memories are lost over time.

One that I miss is Mister Green by Sobe.

Rondo! I'm not willing to pay $4 per can to get Solo (the drink Rondo was based on) shipped over from the UK through Amazon but I do miss that very lightly carbonated lemon fizzy goodness. I was in High School when it was test marketed in the US for two years and I stopped drinking any other soda after I discovered it. You can bet if I ever visit Australia that I will consume Solo at every opportunity.

1980s kid here my Mom loved Tab and Pepsi free when it came out. I drank jolt cola and stayed up all night as a teen and actually liked Pepsi blue and Chrystal Pepsi. Maybe because I'm a die hard Coca-Cola fan the different flavors of Pepsi were better. I like Diet Pepsi better than diet coke. Diet Dr. Pepper is the best of diet sodas. I just can't stomach artificial sweeteners anymore especially Splenda

I miss Aspen apple soda the most. Manzanita Sol is acceptable as a substitute if you can find it.

I bought all the varieties of Lemon and Lime Coke, for a while I was briefly a diet cola drinker. The Coca-Cola Freestyle is a godsend, next time I have the chance, my next choice will be difficult.

Oh Vault, the drink that got me through tech school.

I snuck Jolt like it was beer back in the 80s. My mother disapproved of it because of the caffeine content.

I loved Coca Cola Lime and got quickly addicted. Unfortunately it pushed my glucose levels over the edge and I was first diagnosed type 2 diabetes that same year (2005). Too much of a good thing can be trouble.

If you miss Pepsi Light from the seventies, you can make it at the self service fountain- four parts Pepsi, five parts diet Pepsi and one part lemonade.

I just reminded myself why I dislike Vanilla Coke a while ago when I tried a Zero version! Didn't like the lime but I recently tried Lemon Coke Zero on a freestyle and loved it - although tangy! Still love to find Peach Coke when I can - as it was only available in a local Japanese supermarket!

Pepsi Lime and Coca-Cola Lime were treated badly. Both deserve to be brought back now. I would buy both of them right now. Also, Pepsi Twist deserves a comeback as well.

I got to try Pepsi Blue when it re-emerged and I loved it. Pepsi Twist was so amazing, especially in the Diet form. I also loved Pepsi Vanilla and Coca-Cola Lime. One that came here to Canada that I absolutely loved was Pepsi Ginger.

If you want citrus, drink Squirt, If you want Ginger Ale, drink Vernors, If you want a kick ass cola,,, drink Jolt

Mello Yello was ✔️ they tried to match Mountain Dew. It was popular in 1970s 1980s.

Sprite Vault Mt dew Tad jolt was great tasting drinks.

We have Pepsi vanilla in multiple establishments in my town so it's definitely not discontinued. Then again having it in a Mississippi small town doesn't mean much.

I drank my share of Jolt back in high school. Also, from that time, was Slice. Cherry cola and apple were my favs.

Mr. Pibb is still served at every single Bakers Drive Thru restaurant here in California.

Pitch Black 2 was one of my all time favorites! Sour Gape soda! Would fucl my stomach up as a teen but u would slam that shit until it was discontinued

I always thought that New Coke tasted like a mix between Pepsi and RC Cola. I thought it was weird that they would change their formula because Pepsi and Classic Coke taste nothing alike to me. It effectively wiped out a unique soda taste. They realized this and brought it back

I don't know if I'd call New Coke a marketing flop. Pepsi had outsold Coke so Coke came out with new recipe, in turn, causing a major stir in the fizzy drink sector. They reverted back to original recipe and Pepsi has not outsold Coke since.

A few not available where I now live (near Bakersfield CA) are Cactus Cooler, Big Red, peach soda, Double Cola (the pride of Chattanooga), Delaware Punch, and Kickapoo Joy Juice. I'm told at least some are available in other parts of the country. Kickapoo Joy Juice as far as I know is available only overseas like in Malaysia for example. And does anybody know if SKI soda is still made? Worst ever was coffee flavor soda pop. Luckily I forgot who made it. And can somebody tell me how to open those Japanese pop bottles with the glass marble stuck in the neck?

New Coke was essentially the same as regular Pepsi.

I can go to my local convenience store in Pennsylvania and get vanilla Pepsi right now.

I miss the original Pepsi-Cola. It was a light, sort of spicy cola. It left a clean, refreshed finish in the mouth. Never the heavy sweet finish of Cokes. Old timers called it Tonic and drank a bottle every day. Pepsi changed the formula in the 1960s and made it a poor Coca-Cola drink.

I miss Ramblin' Root Beer.

A local thing to Excelsior Springs was Hall of Waters and I loved their strawberry soda back in the 1960's. Probably full of unhealthy things!

The soda industry anxiously awaits the development of new colors and innovative ways to misspell them so they can launch new, doomed, and inconsequential soda brands. Fresca Akwamareen is currently in development. Maybe.

Coca Cola's Vault is missed, a Mtn. Dew clone from Coca-Cola that I often got at the Blaisdell Burger King. Never knew it was an "Energy Drink", like 4 loko? Were they a Polynesian thing?

Everybody talks about they've missed Sprite remix since the 2000s. but for whatever reason most people don't seem to realize that just within the last few years that "tropical Sprite" flavor that they "introduced". It was literally the exact same thing as Sprite remix! I never understand why Coca-Cola didn't actually advertise it that way, because as big as Nostalgia with '90s kids is right now. They would have had a MASSIVE hit on their hands had they use the same name!! It's a similar situation with vault, I don't know why so many people don't realize that fault and surge are literally the exact same drink. They came back out with it under the name surge Within the last couple years again I'm guessing the capitalize on the whole Nostalgia thing. So if you're so thirsty for vault, go to a Walmart near you and grab some surge!! Edit: I paused the video and spoke a little bit too soon about the similarity between fault and surge!
