If you’re moving to Atlanta, Georgia stick around because today we are taking a tour of The Reserve at Chapel Hill west of Atlanta in Douglasville, Georgia. A few weeks ago we were in Douglasville checking out The Estates at Hurricane Pointe and those huge luxury homes started out in the 680s. But today we are checking out homes by the same builder, Kerley Family Homes, but in a much more affordable price range. The Reserve at Chapel Hill is a super new community that they have only just started building in. It’s in a great location around 30-45 minutes from just about anywhere you want to get in Atlanta like the airport on the south side of town, Centennial Olympic Park in Downtown Atlanta and even Truist Field and the Battery, home of the Atlanta Braves, up in the far Northwest part of Atlanta. The Reserve at Chapel Hill not even 5 minutes from grocery shopping and 10 minutes from Arbor Place mall and a ton of restaurants. So you’re super close and conveniently located to almost anything you might need. The community is in the Mount Carmel E;ementary, Chestnut Log Middle and New Manchester High School districts which are all part of the Douglas County School System. These new construction homes for sale in The Reserve at Chapel Hill start out at just under 2,100 sq ft and go up to 2,300. Plans are 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 -3.5 baths with all the plans having 2 car garages. As far as the size of the lots, they are mostly between .25 and .5 acre. There is an HOA fee, but it’s only $825 a year and it covers common area maintenance, community pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. And finally, the part we all want to know, how much are the homes in the community starting out at?
