If you’re moving to Atlanta, Georgia stick around because today we back at Anderson Point by Pulte Homes southeast of Atlanta in McDonough, Georgia. Last week we took a drive through the community and went inside the Hampton which was part of the smaller Summit series part of the community. BUT today, we are going inside a floor plan offered in the bigger Estate series side of the community. My name is Ben Dings and I am your licensed, local real estate guide. Anderson Point is about 35 minutes southeast of the Atlanta airport and you’re only about 10 minutes from grocery shopping. You’re also only about 10 minutes from interstate 75 so you have the entire Atlanta Metro area at your fingertips. Anderson Point offers two communities in one. You have the Summit Series Homes on one side and the Estate series on the other half of the community. The new construction homes on the Estate side of the community start out around 2,800 sq ft and go up to a little over 3,900 sq ft. Plans are 4-6 bedrooms and 2.5 -4 baths with 2-3 car garages. Homes on the Summit side of the community are smaller so if you like the home in this video but would like something a little smaller, again, last weeks video has you covered. The Estate Series homes are on a little under .5 acre lots so you’ve got a great manageable sized lot. There is an HOA fee, but it’s only $788 a year and it covers common area maintenance, a community pool and cabana.
