I eat watermelons as soon as they arrive at my grocery store in May. I eat them until they no longer stock them in the fall. The health benefits are amazing, I tell anyone who will listen about these amazing health benefits. I no longer am diabetic, my blood sugars are excellent. I am cancer free and no longer take any pills for anything. Thanks.
