The members have said many times that they feel safe with the choreography because they have Lee Know. He supervises the practices and is always helping when the members make a mistake. That's part of the reason why he's hardly ever in the spotlight, he's always watching other people's performance and immediately sees mistakes. Chan delegated that responsibility to him because he knew that Lee Know could do an excellent job.

Lee Know is more of a technical dancer. His dancing is very detailed, powerful and the execution is always flawless. And he does body rolls EXTREMELY well. Hyunjin on the other hand has perfected his own style of dancing. He's very fluid but at the same time he's also a very powerful dancer and his personal style has got like a mix of contemporary style kind of fluid movements and krumping thrown in to it. And he's got this presense that makes his dancing look really captivating and sensual and hard hitting. Idk how to explain it but his dancing also has a lot of passion in it which is mesmerising to watch. Out of the 3, Felix is the one who's the most difficult for me to explain because I feel like we don't really see his individual style that much. He's got like very sharp movements that are really powerful.

of the three units danceracha have probably had the least opportunities to display their specific talents (apart from Hyunjin since he has dance covers like Play with Fire and his AOTM performance) and I would love to see more individual performances from Lee Know and Felix

Lee Know is not on the spotlight because a few years ago he said "I don't dance for myself anymore, I dance as a group so we all look like one" he used to be center in their first years with Hyunjin but now he doesn't want to stand out and left that spotlight to Hyunjin and Felix ☺️ That being said.. he's the best dancer of 4th gen hands down and if you haven't finished Kingdom, you'll find about it later in the show, his moves are powerful, extremely precise, he has full control of his body and he understands kinetic dancing so usually he doesn't get as tired as the kids when performing. He also has dance and choreography education with honors. He was first a dancer, then a trainee for idol. Before Stray Kids debuted he was the kids teacher and they respect admire and love him immensely ☺️☺️ On a side note, Stray Kids don't have positions anymore for a few years now, the only ones the kids acknowledge are Group Leader Chan and Dance Leader Lee Know. Besides all this, Danceracha are extremely powerful when together

Im glad you could learn a bit more about them! The first video you watched seemed like it was made quite early on their careers (probably around their debut/1st comeback), so there's some information that op didn't know at that time and that i would like to share with you (: First of all, Lee Know was actually a professional dancer before becoming an idol, that's how he got to be a dancer for bts and tour alongside them before entering jyp. He was part of a hiphop dance crew called soul dance and performed alongside many other legendary dancers, who today have choreographed alot of kpop groups' dances (for example kai's reason, or super M's tiger inside) and even trained a few kpop idols. While in soul dance, he participated in a renowned dance contest "World of Dance", you can find some of his predebut clips performing there. He also has a solo project called "Dawn" uploaded on the official stray kids channel where he showcases his skills in a performance he choreographed himself, and has also choreographed a few of his dance breaks for end year award shows. About his style, you'll notice he makes his moves extremely effortless, like he's flowing in water. He's very good at hiphop dancing and overall groovy style dancing, but of course he also excels in other dances. Often, when dancing with the group, whenever he's not in the center he tries to "tone down" his dancing to not overshadow the one in the center. Fun fact, to this day, he is the fastest trainee to have mastered the "jyp basic dance", a dance routine that all jyp trainees have to learn, in 2 weeks (the second fastest in the company is twice's momo who did it in 3 months. Some jyp idols took years to master it, for scale) In contrary, Hyunjin did not have any dancing experience prior joining jyp, as he was actually streetcasted by the company. Alot of people in the company told him that he could make it with his looks without putting any effort in his skills, which in return pushed him to work extra hard to perfect his dancing, rapping and singing. As you have said in your video, his dancing style is much sharper, yet also extremely fluid. In contrast to lee know making his moves look easy, hyunjin makes his moves look powerful and energetic. Despite being also very good at hiphop/groovy dances, his choreographies tend to lean alot towards contemporary and even jazz dancing. While both of them have excellent techniques, people tend to describe lee know as the more "technical" dancer while hyunjin is the more "emotional" dancer. You can see it in his solo projects on stray kids' channel, he has choreographed to Billie Eilish's "when the party's over" and Sam Tinnezs' "Play with Fire", his dancing style relies heavily on dramatics and emotions and often tells a story. He also has another solo project, this time an Artist of the Month uploaded on Studio Choom where he showcases his more masculine, powerful side while dancing to Post Malone's "Motley Crew". Felix also liked dancing while he was in Australia, in fact it was his love for performing that pushed him to come to Korea and become a kpop idol. His dancing style is also powerful and also very precise, and he always goes all out when he performs, even if it's for fun. Thanks to his black belt in taekwondo, one of Felix's strong points is his footwork, and he's also very light in his movements. Sadly, he doesn't have a solo project that showcases his dance skills yet, but you can glimpses of what he can do during his solo/danceracha dance breaks in skz's special performances (for example his short tapdancing solo during one of thunderous' end year award show performances, once again highlighting his footwork). From what we have seen he is also a very good teacher, he was once an mc on a kpop show "pops in seoul" where he taught to the audience some famous kpop dances killing points (the short clip where he danced to side effects came from this show). He also once in a vlive taught the other 2 danceracha members an nct choreography in just a few minutes. Lee Know said he holds back on purpose when it comes to his dancing now because he wants SKZ to shine as a group. Never forget he has the most technical experience he is legit a perfect dancer and he always catches my eye however I'm dead ass certain it's on purpose that he's pushed to the side it's sad but thankfully he's finally getting his due especially since Kingdom. Man is versatile.

Surprisingly Felix is the most underrated when it comes to dancing in my opinion. Whenever someone talks about dancing in Stray Kids they usually talk a lot about Lee Know and Hyunjin and even other members, so it’s always nice to see someone really appreciate Felix. He’s my bias, and from the beginning I’ve always found myself constantly drawn to watching him perform and I think he’s so amazing! It also really didn’t help that he got injured right when they were doing promotions for Oddinary and couldn’t dance for a while, but thankfully he’s all better and able to participate in dancing again. Unfortunately, there isn’t really any solo content from him like some of the others either. He has a beautiful singing voice, although he’s not too confident about showing it off until recently, and he’s been doing it more during the concerts for the tour they’re on right now. But when he does, he really has one of my favorite voices! About the whole sexy thing, I think a lot of people get trapped into the whole “he’s just so cute!” thing and have a hard time seeing him that way. Of course he is cute at times, as all of them can be, but I think there have been plenty of times (for me all the time 🤣) when he’s shown as being very sexy. And I could be wrong but I believe I saw him say somewhere, somewhat recently, that he doesn’t want to just be seen as cute and wants to show different sides of him to Stay. He’s really amazingly, incredibly talented but sometimes unfortunately doesn’t get much recognition outside of “wow his voice is so deep”.

Why is no one talking about felix this boy can dance but stays we need to appreciate it

This guide does not give Lee Know nearly enough credit! I hope you read this bc he’s so incredible. In SKZ there are basically 2 leaders (said by bangchan, not me!) Chan - the leader leader, and Lee Know the Dance Leader. He came in as a trainee PURELY as a dancer, after being in a dance crew for years, competing in big competitions (including World Of Dance) and then being a professional backup dancer for BTS and joining them on tour. So basically, as said by SKZ and seen on the Survival Show, he often helps teach the other members choreography since he picks it up faster. This is not in anyway meant to compare him to Hyunjin and Felix! They’re all incredible, but Lee Know was quite literally a professional so it’s sad he doesn’t get to shine, even if it is his choice (I’ll get into that in a sec). The rest of his old dance crew are now all big name choreographers and he is the fastest JYP trainee EVER to learn all the JYP essential dances. He is very technically correct. I’m pretty sure Lee Know not standing out as much at first glance (although he does in some songs and performances. I recommend the ‘Easy’ dance practice) is his choice. This quote from him pretty much sums it up: Q: why do you dance? A: dance? dance …. back in the days i danced because i wanted to express myself musically. but now i don't dance for myself as much. i dance not as an individual, but i dance as a part of stray kids. i try not to stand out by myself.

These videos are really old. I recommend you to see their 2020 vlive dance compilation video. Lee Know has some solo dances in some of their performances but it is really not fair that he doesn't have any dance covers or smth like that. He has dawn which he choreographed, he has finesse since he is an MC, and there is a video of him dancing to Michael Jackson. I am really obsessed with the way he dances. His predebut dances are like one of my faves. He was in a crew called Soul Dance, he attended some dance competitions. I wish he still postes covers like that. As Stays we are manifesting that to happen. (Btw in the video you watched the part where lino danced he freestled that part. He is an incredible choreographer ) On the other hand, Hyunjin has really good dance videos. After his hiatus he blessed us with those covers. My favorite thing about danceracha is how different their styles are and the more you watch them dancing the more you can tell and appreciate each one for it. If you want to see where they are now (since some of the videos are older) i would suggest watching some newer fancams because they all got so much better in every aspect, plus i feel like they really shine on stage (like lee know on the current tour is a whole another beast 😂)

I could honestly talk about about Hyunjin's dancing A LOT because what differentiates his dancing from a lot of other idols is the fact that he treats it like an artform. Hyunjin is a very artistic man and his personality really shines through in his dancing.

what you say about hyunjin with lee know happens to me, in my opinion he is so humble that he contains himself many times to avoid being under the light, perhaps it is because of shyness. Currently and as time goes by I feel that he is showing more and more, honestly he is my favorite skz dancer but I don't feel that he has much space to show his ability either. Maybe you should see some fancams of their last concerts, like charmer, silent cry, and others, the Lee Know of concerts gives it all. anyway I love the danceracha a lot because they are so different in terms of style that they complement each other and make skz look even more versatile. Like hyunjin's expressions, or lee know's strength and technique, felix's speed and flexibility, etc.

I think danceracha are all so captivating in different ways. Lee dances with strength and power, Hyunjin dances with passion and drama, and Felix dances with fluidity and fluency. Truly a dangerous trio!🥲🙌

I feel like the thing you said about hyunjin actually applies to Lee know 😂 I don't remember where but he said that he basically stopped dancing for himself after debuting with SKZ..He only dances for the group now.. He puts the group way above himself.. never tries to outshine anyone , i used to think his style was just like that but when you watch kingdom performances & even the behind the scenes of Kingdom there is a whole episode of him basically just teaching I.N. and felix the choreo... He is certainly not the best with expressions but with technicality i think he is the Best... I am a very very new fan but i have been legit obsessed with SKZ... Lee Know was a silent killer for me. When I first started getting into SKZ, I don’t know why but he just didn’t catch my attention. BUT. The more time I spent learning about all the members I realized not only how beautiful he is both visually (truly the unreachable visual) and in regards to his personality, but just how truly talented he is at dancing and commanding his body. His singing is seriously no joke either! He is 100% my ultimate bias and I highly recommend his fan cam for Tiger Inside. ❤️

Honestly, i couldn't recognize Lee Know at first. I was surprised that he's one of SKZ members. But, yeah he's my ult bias now, thanks to youtube that randomly recommended me a lot of Lee Know's videos. You can watch his fancam, especially "maniac" cuz it's my most fav😂 and he also did dance covers like "Finesse", "Tiger Inside"... Bruuhh, he's so smooth. I like what you pointed out about Felix's rap. He's improved so much over the years, but I don't think some people realize just how hard it is to project and have agility with such a deep voice -- the way he uses his vocal chords fundamentally has to differ from members who can rap in more light tones I think he still adds a ton of flavor to his raps but it's true that rhythmically and melodically they can appear more structured or static

Danceracha clearly have personal style when it comes to dance. Speaking about Lee Know, he actually a leader of danceracha. He even used to make a dance practice schedule for Stray Kids (members said it in their content "two kids room"). Lee Know dance is more clean. Ppl often call him a text book dancer bcs how precise his dance is. He once said, for him, he doesn't really need to be a spotlight when dancing, he just wants his dance is looks good or fit in the group. He is so humble and kinda selfless (my opinion). And the kids seems have so much respect towards him when it comes to dance. But I recommend u to watch his maniac fancam and charmer fancam

If you want to focus more on their dancing skill you should definitively watch Easy dance practice and Domino dance practice! You can truly see their different styles (especially Lee Know)

this make me want to cry because literally now one ever talks about Felix when it comes to dancing, to the point some people have convinced themselves that he isn't a strong dancer. as someone who has been dancing all my life he is one of my favorite dancers in Kpop rn and even helped me fall back in love with it.

I'm a baby stay (started to follow them in the end of 2021) and Lee Know is my bias. As he is my bias, I obviously want to see more of him haha. And, at the beginning of my Stray Kids journey, when I started to pay more attention at him, I get frustrated when I notice that as a main dancer he doesn't appear much (I mean, he barely has scream time in God's Menu MV!). I'm still learning about his personality, but what I get so far is that he works a lot "behind the camera" with things like helping the other members learn the coreography, make sure that the group are in sync, stuff like that. Also, when he dances in variety shows (not when Stray Kids perform, but when he gets to dance alone) I notice that he kinds hold back his ability, wich made me think he gets shy??? I'm not sure... BUT now that they are on tour, we have A LOT OF fancams of Lee Know and it's impossible to not pay attention at him... I mean, I'ts clear he belongs to the stage and his moves are so powerfull! He's such a great dancer! He has a dance performance on Stray Kids channel, so you can see more of his dance style! For the first video of Felix dancing hes not fast thats just how the choreo for Side Effects since the song is supposed to be kinda overwhelming. They had much better dances in their first year idk why that video chose those videos honestly lol. Their starts for dance really influenced their styles and its so cool to be able to see. Minho started taking lessons in middle school and joined a dance crew soon after (and was a background dancer for a few years) so hes very good at being a stable and cohesive group member. And with that much training he is considered by a lot of professional dancers to be a perfect dancer technique wise. Hyunjin was scouted purely on looks and had never danced before so he had to work extremely hard to make sure he didnt debut only as a visual like so many said he would and therefor developed a very eye-catching and attention demanding style. Felix got his start in taekwondo so his flexibility, precision and solid footwork really shows in his style.

If you want to hear Felix’s voice really flow I highly suggest watching muddy water from the Maniac album if you haven’t already. It’s one of my personal favs

Our Danceracha is definitely one of the strongest dance line in the industry. All of them are great dancers, though their styles are completely different. Lee Know is known as the technical dancer that can perfectly immerse into the group choreography with clean and perfectly executed movements - dancing prodigy; Hyunjin is the sharpest, master of popping and locking with perfect body control and exceptional stage presence - dancing artist; and Felix is powerful, energetic and flexible, with well trained body and amazing skills - dancing warrior. They're all the best dancers with their own colour 🥰

I like to think of their contrasting styles as Hyunjin=🔥, Lee Know=🌊, and Felix=🌎

Here is kind of a base explanation for their styles of dancing, I STRONGLY recommend checking out the channel "itorook!" where she analyzes danceracha's dancing styles and skills in 3 separate videos for each member. I'm glad she did all 3 members as people usually tend to leave out felix when talking about dancing Lee Know is a very technical dancer, esp since he is professionally trained, not saying idols aren't professionally trained but lee know was on his way to being a choreographer, even before he was a trainee. He's looked up to by dancers and other idols alike, and he helps monitor skz during dance practices to catch any mistakes. He is extremely consistent in his moves to the point where fans actually managed to sync up 3 different clips of his dancing to tiger inside and they all matched perfectly with eachother. Hyunjin is a very stylistic dancer, he has so much character and charisma in his dancing and it's extremely pleasing to watch, he's been described as sensational and rough by the members. He has developed his own style thought the years, to me it seemed like he really found his style during side effects and double knot era and developed it comeback after comeback. He's also an extremely popular dancer with his fan-cams hits millions of views and is admired by idols for his charisma and presence Felix is a bit harder to place because he doesn't have any solo dance projects to showcase his talent, he's been described as very clean and neat by the members, and as my bias to me he is EXTEMELY energetic and has an almost unlimited tank of stamina, this has really shown during recent concerts. He also has experience with martial arts pre-debut which causes his flips, turns and kicks to be extremely sharp and neat, so he has a lot of stunts in big performances.

AHH Since you mentioned not really reacting to much of their dance practices, I want to recommend you some of my favourites: Scars Easy Domino Back Door Double Knot All In And for more fun, personality full ones: Awkward Silence Get Cool (origional or close up version) and tbh any of their themed or halloween dance practices (Thunderous Vampire ver. or Maniac zombie ver. etc.)

The "problem" with Lee Know is that being the dance leader of SKZ he focuses too much on the group and too little on himself, for him it is much more important that Stray Kids look good with group coreography because Chan literally gave him that job so he really focuses on it. The other "problem" is that in a certain way part of the fandom forgets that Lee Know has been a professional dancer for much longer than danceracha and all of SKZ itself so they tend to look down on him, I've seen that they even make comments like his technique is not as good as others when he is an AMAZING dancer like he participated in competitions, he broke records even within JYP with his dance etc. anyway then if he is not that popular and not even the fandom takes him into account well I don't think many people notice him either. *Sorry for my bad English*

Lee Know is Dance Leader as assigned by Bang Chan because he is such a great technical dancer and teacher. This role is behind the scenes, in charge of their practices and monitoring their movements. The man deserves more credit than he gets.

Hyunjin's dance style leans heavily towards contemporary dance, Lee Know's is just very smooth like he really does make it look so easy and flawless, it's very satisfying to watch (obsessed with his finesse cover, you'll understand what i mean if you watch the dance practice). I've never been able to really describe Felix's, i think his style is more hip-hop and powerful though.

From the get-go Bang chan put Lee know in charge of anything dance related and like Bang Chan he puts the others before himself in the back watching. I think that butt hunter Lee know is a powerful dancer that's why he always has wardrobe malfunctions and why his head mic falls off all the time lol

Hyunjin dancing is so mesmerizing XD Felix and Lee Know should definitely have (more) videos of them solo dancing, just like HJ's "Play with Fire". I know LK have many videos of him dancing alone, but something official like "When the party's over" would be nice. I'm a baby Stay. I've been listening to them since God's Menu, but I haven't really looked into their personalities and stuff. Going in that direction though... I'm still working on distinguishing their voices.

I do think that they have improved exponentially since the time that these clips were filmed (most were around their I AM series era). Especially Hyunjin, he wasn’t very confident in his dance at the start, but he worked very hard on developing his own style since then. Out of them, we probably get to see Felix dance the least nowadays, but I recommend you watch their more recent stuff. I love your reactions!

Ok so Felix is not a main dancer, he's a lead dancer but both Lee know and hyunjin are main dancers. These 3 have their own style of dancing. Lee know is a very clean dancer just like Yunho from ateez. Hyunjin is a smooth dancer just like Wooyoung from atteez and felix is very flexible dancer. They're all quite different but they still make a great team.
