I had little to no detailing experience but had watched, and I’m not exaggerating, thousands of hours worth of detailing videos from Pan the Organizer, Detail Geek, Ammo NYC and others. I bought a bunch of equipment and chemicals and started doing my own cars. Someone saw me and asked me to do their car. From there I progressed to doing 2-3+ cars a week on the side and rivaled the pro detailing shops already established near me. I had a love for the craft but little experience, yet my customers were very satisfied. The one area I lacked in was efficiency, that truly comes with time and experience.

Yes - DIY Detail answers all my questions. I overthink things but they are patient and polite. I feel comfortable with their products and process. They are making me to be that dad on weekend mornings washing my cars.

I sat down to eat dinner and this video was in my Home Screen on KZfaq. Yvan has been amazing and someone I can trust to tell the truth. The DIY is my favorite line because everything cleans so well. The rinseless wash and gold standard stand out the most to me. The math behind the rotary and dual action tell what Yvan tells us about a rotary finishing better. I do agree there will be less companies in the next ten years or sooner. There is a terrible economic storm brewing and we have roughly a year until it all hits the fan. Here in the states in the last two months 670,000 full time jobs were lost. M2 money supply is negative for the first time since the Great Depression. Those poorly founded companies will fail. On a positive note great looking showroom with quality carpet tiles and a warm presentation. I’m looking forward to seeing what videos come out next.

Just to play devil's advocate the new rupes waffle pads are considerably cheaper than there flat pads. That could be due to a few different reasons of course. They don't seem so robust for instance. I really like waffle pads however.
