Thanks for the ride along. One of my best friends has a 4630 on his farm and loves it. Although I'm more of an Oliver guy, I appreciate all the older tractors that are still out there getting it done!

CE thank you very much for explaining what you were talking about with the governor set up on the injector pump on my 4020 tractor, makes perfect sense why my engine would rev when I take the load off of it. When I bought my John Deere 28 blade BW disc the wheel bearings were in such bad shape they had already eaten up the spindles and yep cousin and I pulled it home about 10 miles. So that was one of the first things I ever had to fix on that disk. I found new spindles at Agri Supply to replace the messed up ones with. I Learned something this year diagonal disc cut on chisel plow work is not the way to go incredibly rough ride on the tractor and the disc. I will be sure to think things through next time so I never experienced that again. Thanks for the ride have a blessed day my friend. 🙂☕

I enjoyed the ride on the 4630 and disc harrow! I thought they were intercooled. Yes the 30 series I experienced seem to lack toque at low speeds pulling.

I have a similar Krause. They aren't a bad disk.
