Like you said is it considered budget? I think so just because all the other tournament quality decks are much more expensive

Fun deck, but this is so far from a budget deck.. Just the 3 Maleficent Dragon make it close to $100😂Out of curiosity, I checked and the whole deck comes out at just over $300. Though I guess your definition of budget may vary 😅

Haha it definitely can be debated. However, with some of the prices on the more meta decks, it could be considered budget friendly. I definitely see what you're saying though seems a lot of decks are rising in price. Thanks for watching :)
