Disney's most powerful FEMALE voices (in 50 Languages)

I have previously made a video with the best female voices in 50 languages across the world, in which I included a diversity of voices - both powerful and soft and everything in between.
Compared to that video, this one is relatively simpler, because this just shows the most "POWERFUL female voices" in Disney films. When I say 'power', I mean voices which sound big, effortlessly loud, confident, and soar through the listener's body, leaving them in chills down to their spine. In short, I am looking for either good belters, or non-belters who interpreted their respective song with a lot of confidence and ferocity.
This time, unlike last time, I also included female villains in the list, because disney's villains are quite the divas, and can produce some quality vocals for sure! Alongside villains there are the usual protagonists and soloists here and there.

I love Any's infectious energy as well, though since she was young when she dubbed Moana, her voice was a bit rough around the edges. I think in a few years after she works on her voice further, she would become one of my favorites for sure.

Honestly Pocahontas has amazing music, animation, and characters, so it was great for Judy Kuhn's voice acting to be recognized here!

Someone give this guy a medal for creativity, because he never runs out of it! hahaha I really enjoyed the list, especially 'cause I'm so keen on such rich and powerfull voices, they give me an odd satisfaction, if it makes sense XD. Also glad there aren't too many Elsas in this list, my fear was basically hearing her in 50 languages for the umpteenth time LOL. Great job, as always ;-)

Haha, your kind words are themselves no less than any medal to me, they give me inspiration to keep working on such videos...so thank you very much for saying that. And hi five, I love me some confident, rich and uninhibited powerhouse vocalists in Disney songs. Elsa has a ton of amazing voices but tbh, Disney has too large a library and me being in touch with it since 2011 (before Frozen got released) has kept me in touch with a big variety of voices, and that's why I feel less influenced by Elsa voices, though I do acknowledge that damn, they can belt their butts off.

I love this type of videos 🥰 especially since it opens us to new voices (since some of these singers are only soloist, we barely hear them in multilanguages ans such). I'm not familiar with most of those languages' range of voices but I can say I agree with Canadian French (I even find her a little over the top when it comes to pure power ^^) and I would have chosen Cerise Calixte (Moana) for the European side :) Other than that, it's always a pleasure to listen to Arabic Elsa, Greek Mulan, Italian Ariel, Lithuanian Rapunzel and Brazilian Luisa (probably my favorite on this video) ^^

Oh man...I admit Cerise slipped my mind while making this video, indeed she is who I often love to call France's own Christina Aguilera haha. Maybe I'd still choose Kristel though on the basis of her warmer and richer voice tone, which makes her powerful voice more pleasant to me personally, but Cerise undoubtedly part of the powerhouse league too. 💖 Glad you enjoyed the video.

As much as I'd love to see Albanian here (e.g. I think Laura does expose some raw power, especially in IAM), this is still another brilliant idea of yours. Your compilations never get old ❤ I agree a lot overall, and I'm super glad to see Despina, Lara, Nazerke and Ieva included! Sunidhi's also slaying! 😍 This is the first time I'm listening to the Flemish & Icelandic Nala and wow, why aren't they Disney princeses yet ;----; Expected to see Duong for Vietnamese but eyy, pretty bold choice you got there. That transition between Cantonese & Catalan though?? Chef's kiss 😌

hehe FINALLY someone noticed that transition...it was unintentional, but, lemme say that i surprised my own self by how good it looked lol. Coming to Albanian, yeah, sorry I left it out this time, but if i did include it, my choice would 100% be Antonela. Laura isn't bad, she's technically better than Antonela but, when it comes to power and even memorability, I go head over heels for her even if her performance has glaring flaws. And actually, if your remixed version of let it go was her official recording, i'd have definitely included it as well, no cap in this statement buddy! 💖 Again, sincerely hoping dubs in Albania get more funding and skill development, cuz when it comes to talent you all are second to none! 🔥🔥💖

Me too,I speak Cantonese too,I feel not really similar to Cantonese,bc I speak "媽咪", and 媽媽 is for writing and some others may say others.

@@TrulyVivianAs someone whose first language is Cantonese, I actually say 媽媽😅（but not with the tone sang in this this song, which sounds more written) but I think it’s normal to just keep 媽媽, as songs are usually presented like written poems (and ofc the tones)

IKR, miss the old days of the community; just us making simple, interesting videos and being interested in each other's opinions and being creative together. Now it's mostly about looking for our own version in other people's rankings or compilations more than anything else. @@rishabhrox1 Agreed!! Yeah, it's okay. I'm busy with my job (but in a good way) as a distraction and to forget the 2 unfortunate things that happened a couple of months ago. For a mother's day gift, we made a video with the children and I got to edit it. It was so fun to edit again, although it was something really simple. Maybe in Summer? (wishful thinking) 😅

In Spanish (Spain) I think you should have put Cassandra of Tangled the series (season 3 and waiting in the wings) her voice is very very powerful to I!

I like Spanish Cassandra, but I still think I'd stick to my choice because Gema not just provides power but also a rich tone and some beautiful vocal mannerisms and colors. She's an all-rounder, and one of Spain's finest dubbing voices for me.

Great idea of video again ! I didn't know that HSM was dubbed in Hindi and Into the Woods in Slovak that's very interesting :) Maybe I would chose other voices for some, like Tata Vega who sings Circle of Life in both Spanish versions, Eden Espinosa in English or Gam the Star in Thai. Then don't really agree for the French versions, for Canadian I would have chosen Audrey-Louise Beauséjour (Nala 2019) and for European I would hesitate between Mimi Felixine (very similar to Kristel btw), Charlotte Hervieux or Hiba Tawaji..

HSM and Camp Rock as well as all their sequels got Hindi dubs, that too with customized instrumentals to fit the Indian musicalities....and the leads in both films were Sunidhi's earliest disney roles. And actually, i like all your choices, I find them all powerful too. Eden was actually my second choice for this video even, so yep, i was this close to choosing her! Mimi is interesting, I think if she got to sing a big disney song like colors of the wind or sumn, she'd actually manage to showcase how powerful she truly is, I won't say I'm in love is excellent in interpretation, but that song has limited potential to show power vocals (only Natalia managed to bring that kind of power with her interpretation to it imo, alongside Zeynep Onkaya. For everyone else, this song was made just from their interpretation, not their vocal power for me). Hiba and Charlotte are great actually, maybe if I did a princess-only version of this video i'd have chosen one of them (also considering Judith Berard with them). For CA French tho, can't agree. I mean, agreed that Audrey has power, but Lara, is a next level singer for me both in power and many other factors. I believe if Lara sang Colors Of The Wind she would blow Tuba Onal out of the water, its just that nature couldn't handle that slayage so she was given god help the outcasts HAHAHA. I consider her as the most powerful francophone disney vocalist ever......so she was my one and only choice for this video. Tho I will say, Audrey is one of the better Quebec voices for sure. Had Lara not been there, she or Nancy Fortin would have been my next choice. Thanks for watching again, always glad to hear from you.

@@rishabhrox1 Nice I will listen to all of that :) About Mimi, I wasn't only thinking about her Megara, but also Calliope the Muse (yes she dubbed these 2 characters in Hercules) or even the sequel of Brother Bear where she sings instead of Kristel :) Yes I see what you mean about Lara, since in France we all know her for belting "Je t'aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime" which is her most famous song ahah, but some of her songs like "Tout" give me chills

In Danish, I would’ve chosen Frozen Elsa. Maria Lucia is a Queen, I love the others but no one can take that spot from her.

For me there are two queens in the Arabic dubs. Nesma from Egypt, and Rasha from Syria, both of them are gorgeous voices and rendered immensely memorable dubbed versions of their respective characters. Muuch love.

Yes, Monali is powerful in her own right, but I feel when it comes to delivering power-packed vocals with lots of ferocity and personality, Sunidhi aces her by a little bit. But I honestly love them both. If Sunidhi wasn't a Disney vocalist, my choice would definitely have been Monali. ;)
