Well the episodes Principal for a Day and Partners in Crime prove that he can be Chaotic: Principal for a Day shows Menlo as an uncontrollable delinquent before getting the Principal position and Partners in Crime shows how he can control the entire playground rules just by indirectly interfering into school policies.

I do love the moral of this episode. Usually shows today would say being a free spirit is more important than being organized, but this one says it’s actually a great thing to do, just don’t let it overwhelm you to the point of complete change. It’s episodes like this that makes Recess rule!

Nah, as far as uptight people go Menlow is actually pretty nice in some episodes. It seems like TJ was a good influence on him when they were still friends.

But life will be good, after a good days work, he'll finally learn how to let loose and spend much of his leisure time at suave restaurants and hot clubs, only to hit middle age and adopt a beautiful asian baby.
