Displacement/Tessellation is back in Unreal Engine 5.3 and it works with nanite. It has to be enabled behind the scene though, but pretty easy to do.
- for "DefaultEngine" file:
r.Nanite.AllowTessellation=1
r.Nanite.Tessellation=1
- for UE console:
r.Nanite.AllowTessellation 1
r.Nanite.Tessellation 1
