I updated my Master Material that rules them all. From now on it is Master Material 3.0. It includes two options that enables a material displacement using the heightmap texture: Parallax Occlusion Mapping (POM) and Tessellation that was brought back in Unreal Engine 5.3.
Here is the text to add to "DefaultEngine" file in order to enable Tessellation in UE5.3 that needs to be done behind the scenes:
r.Nanite.AllowTessellation=1
r.Nanite.Tessellation=1
