Hi there! It's Baroque by Stamper's Anonymous. There's another set called Scrollwork that beautiful too. Both designed by Tim Holtz. Hi Barbara! I'm not sure what you mean? The paper? It's just plain Neenah cardstock. Or the stamp? It's Baroque by Stamper's Anonymous/Tim Holtz.
