Children’s toys are supposed to be innocent and fun. That’s kind of the whole point. But you
know as well as I do, that things sometimes go seriously wrong. Almost hilariously so. Did
you know that some toys were so disturbing, you are no longer allowed to sell them! Just how
creepy can a kid’s toy be? You are about to find out. Chuckie ain’t got nothing on these
horrors. These are 20 disturbing kid toys that got banned!

I don't remember the cleaning trolley. But, when I was a young girl, my sister and I always had toy brooms, mops, and dusters etc. along with aprons, baby dolls, and miniature grocery items. In comparison, the boys had toy tools, chemistry sets, and the like.

Yes, I heard the same thing that those cabbage patch dolls got a hold of the little girl’s hair and, wouldn’t let it go and, the parents had a time getting the hair out of the dolls mouth and, had to take her to the E.R., it was on my local news out of Cincinnati, OH and, that’s out of around where the incident happened!

I saw nothing wrong with some of those toys. And as a black female people need to stop being so damn sensitive about race. I don’t remember Oreo Barbie, but would not have thought about race before you gave the background. When I first saw her my first thought was oh look how cute the Oreo purse is. I loved my dolls growing up and just wondered if little girls still played with them. I never see a little girl pushing a little baby doll in the little play stroller and a little toy bottle. I only gave birth once to a son. I remember getting him this my buddy doll which my husband wasn’t happy about but then along came Chucky and then no kid wanted to play with (My Buddy for boys and My kid Sister for girls)😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Don’t really have a problem with it, (personally, I’d have kicked it to the curb 🤮) but girls & boys need a balance. Give girls some tools as well. Very often a girl has need of tools, and the knowledge of how to use them, especially considering women generally outlive their husbands by 10 years. When your looks are gone, it’s much harder to get men to help you. Just facts And men are generally slobs. No harm in showing them how to clean their messes!

He really missed the boat on the cleaning trolly. First, the real issue with the cleaning trolly is that the packaging said, “for girls only”, implying it’s a woman’s job, but they have Henry too…maybe that came later. 🤷‍♀️ Second…what kid would want cleaning toys? Well, considering it’s a wildly popular niche of kids’ toys…a LOT. Kids imitate parents, and it’s also important for all kids to learn the value of cleaning (though this certainty doesn’t require toys to happen). But I still really enjoyed the video, thank you! PS…I would have killed for a doll I could inject…I always pretended I was getting a shot or sick and then played my own care taker, lol. But it’s a shame that crying always followed the shot.

7:06 please remember that in the 90s people weren’t offended by gender roles and didn’t feel the need to find everything offensive. People weren’t terminally online back then and they had a tougher skin . The motto was, if you didn’t agree with something that was fine but they still got to speak. If you didn’t like something, change the channel/don’t buy it. Like bill Maher says, quit applying our current butthurt standards to a past where they knew how to mind their own business and how the world isn’t required to cater to their feelings.

The Oreo Barbie is cute. Interesting how he didn’t mention the fact that black people are the ones who created the insult because they don’t like other educated black people. The majority had a problem with any black person who was articulate and understood that hard work is the key to success as opposed to those whining about racism and reparations. Yes, I was labeled an Oreo because I’m a firm believer in how getting an education equals being successful as opposed to being lazy and being satisfied with receiving handouts or using racism through white guilt. So I definitely have Oreo Black Barbie.

I was watching another video, in the early days of KZfaq, about the "Cabbage Patch Snack Time Kid," and it showed how, after the doll would "eat" the French fries, they were released into a "backpack" that the doll had on it's back. Well, to this day, I still remember the most hilarious comment that I ever read about this particular doll. I always wanted a Cabbage Patch and then heard all the scary stories and changed my mind about having one. Then, my grandma got me one for Christmas. This was a rich kid toy and we were not rich. lol! So, I pretended to like her out of fear. I was afraid of going to sleep and not tucking the doll in for bed. I thought she’d be mad if she got cold. 😂 I have no idea what happened to it, but I was so happy when I went to college and didn’t have to deal w her anymore. Yeah. Till college…😢😮

The Cymbal Smashing Monkey in "Toy Story 3" is an Easter egg. It's modeled after the iconic opening scene in "Rebel Without A Cause," in which James Dean is lying in a gutter, drunk, playing with the Monkey. it was creepy because the 1950s original was. It's so creepy it's cool.

I knew about The Boobahs! I had a cat whose name was Booba Scooch. The show came on on PBS about 5am every Sunday. My now ex-husband was usually in the livingroom and I was in the bedroom when it came on. We would both turn it up full blast and Booba Scooch would run back and forth while they hollered out Boobah! When they stopped saying Boobah, Booba Scooch would then settle on the bed and watch the whole show! 😅 I had the purple Boobah but I have no clue what happened to it.
