I think the judge missed where she said he popped up. when you have kids you keep them busy. they're with family, they're in classes etc. you do have to plan a visit to assure a visit. sounds like when he plans he don't show and when he pops up he expects them to drop all. imo

She heard her. What the judge is saying you do not have the right to deny a child the choice of seeing their father bc of how you feel. If she wants to see him let that child see him. Women want too much control and use alot of excuses

@@allofbeauty to me it depends on the child. It sounds like she is almost a teen. Children form their own opinions. The child does grow up

This is one of the ways men are treated like kids. You cant think like an adult and understand a lot of planning goes into a kids life on the daily, especially as a single parent? And when you show up “ whenever “ everyone must drop everything to be graced with your presence? I get what the judge is saying, do not deny the child once the man is actually there. But when will someone tell men to GROW up and act like adults.

I have to disagree with the judge on this part 15:56 . I had a parent in and out of my life constantly and it def had a negative affect and I saw what was happening. A large part of me wishes my mother would have kept him away from me bc I would rather him not be there than have the emotional yo yo-ing my entire childhood.

Sounds like when he showed up he wasn’t present. Because many people have had that but the difference in when they showed up the quality time was worth it. Knowing they value you was worth it. I agree with the judge but I’m sorry that happened to You

@Idk-hy9zk

I agree however it is hard to do that and how old is the child? Age plays a big part. Bc she doesn’t bad talk him she let her child form her own opinions. Absent parents don’t understand that. Kids grow up and make their own choices
@sweetsweet81
